Individual saber specs, pictures, and descriptions weren't very detailed or easy to understand. I had a hard time choosing which saber because of it. Hopefully I don't regret my decision as a result of the lack of clarity. The pike extensions were fairly pricey for just a hollow peice of metal and the additional connectors made that even more apparent.
Website is easy to maneuver. Very user friendly and just fun to build lightsabers on.
My lightsaber arrived two days ahead of schedule in good packaging. Took it out of the box and started playing with it. Awesome product. I'm addicted already. Will be ordering again!
From beginning to end the shopping experience is great. The website is organized very well and all of the options and ability to review your purchase are very good. The Dominix V4 LE is quite a cool hilt, its solid, fun, and just plain cool to look at. I just unboxed it today and had quite a nice time doing so...very cool.
The only thing I wish was that there was a cheaper shipping option. $19 is a fair FedEx price and the delivery and signature for the deliver were all A+, but I might have traded a slower delivery for a lesser shipping price. Let me reiterate that I had a fantastic experience front to back and am very pleased with the customer service and the awesome product that arrived.

I bought parts to a lightsaber and could not find a suitable tutorial on the website to help me assemble it however, which was a little disappointing.
The product seem of very good quality, the product been shipped fast and the delivery been fast. It is why it is pricey for the quality and fast service. I don't know it you sell belt to hold the saber but it could be an interesting to buy...
