The first thing I noticed about the site on reaching it was how easy it is to navigate. The explanations for every detail of a given Saber are easy to understand and the video tutorials are incredibly helpful. I ordered on the 7th and received the package at my door on the 14th. I've already recommended the site to a several like minded SW Fans. Thank you!

First time buying from US, so I'm not sure what to expect really. So far so good though; the site was easy to navigate, and the options were clearly set out and simple to select. Ultrasabers really cares about the customer I first rated the company a 3 after ordering my saber. The company freaked almost immediately and tried to remedy the situation. Once I got my saber and the quality was most impressive I was comfortable with giving the higher rating. Quality work and a abundance of customer service makes Ultrasabers a new favorite company of mine. I do expect to upgrade my saber and even purchase a new saber in the near future.
