I purchased the Graflex CE and couldn't be happier. It's my first custom saber and first experience with Ultra Sabers. The quality of the tooling and material is extremely high. Compared to my ForceFX saber this is parsecs ahead.;)
I only purchased the hilt and will be assembling my own saber from there. I'm looking forward to a fun experience building my first saber.
Good, logical website design. Informative and a lot of help for new costumers. Few pictures missing from the optional listings tough. (for example scorpion pommel, few blade color)
With my first purchase i received a faulty sound board, that was very dissapionting. I am sure the Saber Guys will help sort it out, but this was my first UltraSaber and i live in a different continent, so if i have to send it back, that is going to be a huge pain. I paid a lot for it, now i probably have pay and wait more. But at the end, i hope, i will have an AWESOME UltraSaber.

I'd been looking at Ultrasabers for a while and contemplating a purchase, and I'm very glad that I finally did. The option description videos helped with the ordering process. I ordered on a Tuesday and got it the following Monday. The saber is fantastic. I got exactly what I ordered, and I could not be more pleased.
Easy to order. Shipping was quick. Saber is of good quality and craftsmanship. I would just would have liked some better instrucrions other than a link to the forums.
