Good product, but garbage customer service. It took nearly three months to get my saber, which is understandable given demand and COVID. However, what is absolutely not understandable, is the lack of communication and customer service. I called four times, emailed eight times, and messaged them on Facebook twice until someone finally responded. After someone contacted me, my saber shipped within a few days, but I know so many people who aren't as lucky as me. Honestly, I'd recommend not buying from this website. The saber quality is good but it's nothing you can't find elsewhere.
Bought a set of dual sabers for my friend's birthday. The shopping experience was straightforward, and easy. Expect around 2 months between purchase and actual delivery which is completely understandable since each order is a unique customisation. Followed delivery instructions perfectly. The birthday guy was very happy with his gift.
Thought I would have this for my daughter's birthday June 25th but it came over a month later. There was no communication or updates until it was shipped.

When ordering them, I did send an email asking about wait time. I didn't get a response, but it wasn't that big of a deal, I knew they had other people that ordered first, so I just forgot about it. I knew it would be a while, but the wait time wasn't actually that bad. It took about 2 months, but my Lightsabers are awesome and my brothers love them too. I got one with sound just to try it out, but now I think I might order a few more because they are so much cooler with it.
Delivery speed was very good, it took maybe 2 weeks rather than 2 months

Great product once received. It did take almost 2 months from order date to delivery date, but it is understandable with the current state of things. Love the sabers and will definitely order again.

However, a part was missing. Called toll free number whereupon an automated answering service told me to e-mail customer service. E-mailed customer service twice: no response at all!
Took over 3 months to deliver but my son was over the moon.
He broke it within 2 days.
Hes broken the battery connector. Hope the next one lasts longer.

My recent order was in June 2020. I ordered an extra blade and other accessories. I had already purchased a full saber back in 2013. My experience in all times I have ordered from them has been pretty good. However, one time I sent my hilt back for a modification and when I did not hear back from them acknowledging receipt in a week, I followed up with an email and all was good after that. That happened in 2014. For everything I ordered and expected, I got exactly that and have no complaints.
Nothing wrong with the product but was my first purchase from outside the UK and wasn't aware of Duty and Tax. Was very unhappy to recieve a surprise bill. This is very unfortunate as I was planning on buying more sabers but this experience has left me unsure.
I ordered a mystery box back on 25/5 and didn't receive my order until yesterday on 5/8. The customer service is horrible as well, out of a concerning 6 emails throughout I only got 1 response stating a wrong est. Delivery.
The product itself is really cool and of great quality but both delivery time and customer service is probably the worst I've ever experienced, even though the pandemic is present I still feel that it took WAY to long for 1 mystery box to be processed and sent out.
I'm happy I got it before I'm moving house on the 16th of August.

I am truly impressed with the overall quality and craftsmanship. The saber is for my 7 year old daughter's birthday next month 9/11. She will absolutely love it. Thanks for a great product/gift for my princess.
You won't find a better or larger selection of hilts. A simple way to build what you want through their customizing system. There is a lot of information on their site including some background and history for the hilts. Tons of youtube reviews as well as useful information on working with your system to optimize your experience. If I had a complaint is that I would like to see more external buttons to control some of the most common features. The sound level is one of them. The biggest complaint on the reviews is how loud it is. Otherwise, I love both of mine.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
