The product took more than a month to arrive, on the website the status of the purchase did not change, it was always pending. I called on the phone, sent 4 emails and even tried to contact you by facebook and you never answered my messages.
The product is great, my husband was very excited, but the costume service is terrible.
I paid extra for faster shipping on a simple initiate saber which should have shipped way earlier but i got it like a month later
I ordered my saber back in May and they told me it would take 4 weeks for my saber to be made and arrive. I waited over 2 months for my saber and when I got concerned I sent an email asking about my order. I never received a response and was left waiting if I would ever get my order. Finally out of nowhere I get an email saying my package has "been delivered", but there was no package. So I sent another email (and got no response again). After another couple days Ultrasabers sends an email saying it has been shipped?! Even after I got an email saying it was already at my house. When I FINALLY got my saber I was severely disappointed with what I got. The hilt would come apart with little to no effort needed, the speaker and battery pack within the saber rattled and moved within the blade, and made so much noise, the blade was not secured properly into the hilt and I had to find a screw to hold the blade in place. It was nothing more than a rushed product made by a team who has little to no passion for what they make.
Two day's after I revived my blades I was dueling with them. We were not going very hard and one of the blades broke. When I reached out twice to your customer service no one responded. I am very happy with your products but wish communication was better.
I ordered a lightsaber on the 6th of June, and received it on the 29th of July, after the support team said it would take 2 weeks to arrive, but guess what, took 7.
The experience was very smooth
Zero response by phone or email from ultra sabers but once the product finally arrived the day after my sons birthday it was absolutely the great quality I expected. Some notice things were taking longer would have been better.
Got some grab bags as I was just getting into buying lightsabers and didn't know where to start quality wise.
Tried the Saberforge stuff and while their Eco line is cheap-ish, they aren't very durable and the wait time was just over 4 months.
Ultrasabers had a sale going so I got 3 of their sound mystery boxes. I got them within a month. And because of the sale I got 1 grab bag and an extra mystery box(neither guaranteed sounds however) so I got 5 sabers each coming out to the same price as the ones I bought for the Eco line from Saberforge.
Ultrasabers while lacking a bit in details for the less expensive hilts, were much more comfortable in my hands and could actually be used for light sparring without any damage.
I will however recommend you purchase one of the battery recharging units as the powerful batteries they use will drain over extended use.
Also if you want to customize the sounds of the board get a Mini-USB, not to be confused with the Micro-USB that is more commonplace now days.
Tried to contact Ultrasabers shortly after confirming my order to make an adjustment to my order along with some other email and I never got any response.
We get the Sabers after 2 Months they looked very good and have a good quality. But unfortunately the Customer Support is very bad I sent 3 E-Mails but no response.
So ive been waiting 10 weeks so far for my order and still nothing. They say 4-6 weeks vut like its been 10 and they haven't given any updates havent replied to my emails haven't said anything or done anything to make me feel appreciated. Like hey fam i ordered a nearly 300 dollar item from you at least reply and say oh sorry its gonna take such and such amount of time. Then at least ill know. But being left in the dark makes me feel forgotten about. How do i know they even are working on my order. They probably aren't. Feels bad man
The saber it self is absolutely fantastic. Fantastic machining and craftsmanship. However the customer service was absolutely terrible! I contacted them over 10x through email, left them multiple message through Facebook and even left a voicemail. Everytime I called it went straight to voicemail. This was all after 4 weeks gone by, which was my lead time... It took 10 weeks! And that was only after I filed a complaint through PayPal that I had not received my product. Then the next day it was shipped. Improve the customer service aspect of your business because waiting almost 3 months for something that should have taken 1 month is unacceptable.
I'm happy with my saber. The sabers work great, and they were packaged very well. The only downside was that it took nine weeks to receive. Overall I'm pretty happy.
I never received my order placed on April 24th I have called and emailed with absolutely no response what is going on.
I have yet to receive my product. It has been over 2 months since my order was put in and processed and I have yet to receive any update besides an email asking if my item had arrived. As of 8/4/2020 I have waited 2 months and still received no update nor item.

When I purchased this particular product, I was informed it would be a 3-4 week lead time. Around 4 weeks I reached out to the seller multiple times, with no response. After threatening to pursue a charge back, I finally received a response saying they would check into my order in a few business days. I waited double the time they stated it would take to check in on my product (around a week and half), and emailed them again. This response informed me of a 3-4 week extra wait on my order because of a supply issue. I was also given a fairly snarky anecdote about how I don't need to keep asking for updates, as they will update me when my order ships. I found that particularly unprofessional. It has now been 5 weeks since that correspondence with no additional updates.
Delays happen in business, that is understandable. However, the whole time ultrasabers has been failing to meet their current lead time estimates on their website, they continue to flood my inbox with promotional incentives and sales, some even for my particular product! When I clicked on that add, I was surprised to see it was still listed as "in Stock" with a 3-4 week lead time, just like when I purchased back in May.
I would encourage your company to consider it's established credibility and what continuing to partner with this company can do to consumers trusting your veracity.
Ultrasabers has such a poor reputation among current consumers that the largest online collective of lightsaber buyers (r/lightsabers on Reddit, close to 60k members active) have published a posted warning to caution all new members to the group not to purchase from Ultrasabers. I highly encourage a quick scroll through that page if you want to see what people are dealing with day to day.
I hope this information was helpful to you. The more informed the potential buyers are of accurate information, the better decisions we can make, and many people complain online about seeing 5 star reviews for ultrasabers then experience incredibly disrespectful customer service AND over priced poorly constructed products.
Getting through to customer service was almost impossible. Multiple emails, calls for weeks with no response.
When I finally did get through, they were great and very helpful.
Absolutely great product, I would definitely buy again. Just seems like they are completely overwhelmed and understaffed.
Other than the delivery delay, which I understand was caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, everything was great.
This is my preferred lightsaber online shop. Every product is quality. The customer service is very delayed and not guaranteed to respond to calls or emails but they are typically open about when they are experiencing issues and try their best to cover issues brought up to them.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
