It was my son that ordered and made it what he wanted it too look like, but on arrival it wasn't what he was expecting, it was smaller it didn't make the any sound which he picked,he picked a 40 inch one but only 20 inch arrived

Ordering was easy and quick. I would like more communication regarding the stage my order is at however with current global circumstances, this may not be possible.
I placed an order in April and here it is August and I've gotten nothing. Emails and calls go unanswered, pretty sure they took my money and ran. Called my bank and got the charges reversed though.

Arrived sooner than expected. My saber arrived and it was beautiful. Everything was in working order and straight out of the box I had to test it out. I'm definitely considering purchasing from them again.
Ordering was easy and the online building process is great with lots of options. However the greatest downfall of this company will be its customer service, or should I say LACK of. It's says when ordering that fabrication takes approximately 3-4 weeks paired with 2 day fed-ex delivery. My order took 12 WEEKS! Once I received shipping notification, it took 5 days for delivery.(Not including the weekend). I tried on 6 separate occasions to contact UltraSabers via phone and email to inquire about my order but there was absolutely no response back. I find that to be incredibly rude and irritating.
Overall the experience was just meh. Again the experience of building my saber online was fun, having my saber, extremely fun... but the extended waiting with no explanation or response in inquiries, awful.
My husband loves the quality of his saber. I was able to upgrade it for less than 300 dollars. The sound and the weight is amazing and the color of the bulb lights up a room.
I love this light saber. It's amazing quality, custom made and everything that I asked for. The blade is very bright and looks especially cool in the dark.
The wait times are long but the product is worth the wait, I just wish the company would be more upfront about the delays. We know it is COVID-19 and the various related things occurring worldwide that are slowing things down.
They seem to be trying their best but the customer service is severely lacking at this time.

I received my 1st saber 2 month after I ordered it, okay fine I get everything is delayed with covid and all. But I emailed about my order several times and never so much as received a single response... That is not acceptable to me. Customer service is everything this day and age. While the product quality is good (even though my saber came with the wrong pomel?) The quality is there. But the service needs a complete overhaul. I tired calling, the message says for faster response email, I emailed and got nothing back. This just blows my mind. I do wish some one from US would reach out to me and help get the correct pomel for my saber and give me an update on my second order?
Ordered a lightsaber on June 4th and didnt receive it until July 30th. Contacted customers support multiple times but never heard back. Happy with the products but the wait time is rather long and the service is absolutely unacceptable.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
