I reached out several times to check on the status of my order over the 2 month period it took to finally be sent out. I did not hear back one time from Ultrasabers. I'm disappointed with the customer service but I am satisfied with my product.
I modeled this saber after the one my star wars fanfic character has and I absolutely LOVE IT. It was so cool to have it come to life and be in my hands!
There was absolutely no communication from the company at all until my order shipped. I didn't even receive an order confirmation email, but I was automatically signed up for their newsletter. When the order shipped, the invoice appeared to have one item missing, and I emailed the company to verify it was actually in the package, and they never responded at all. The item was in the package, but I'm not a fan of the lack of communication from the company, especially for items as expensive as this. I didn't mind the ship time as much, but it did take a month to receive mystery box orders, so nothing custom. The products are great quality, though, And well worth the money.
The saber is great and works well. I have no issues with it at all. I can't wait for my other ones to come in.
Awesome saber kinda a test for me but I don't understand the color discs because the colors are all just yellow or red but the natural white is good tho delivery took just under 2 months but given our current world situation I'll be okay
I ordered a saber for my boyfriend for our anniversary on June 4th and paid 30 extra dollar for two day shipping. I did not review my saber until a month later! I called multiple times and left messages as well as emailing and not a single response. The saber was good and well done, but the whole experience was frustrating and annoying. Will not being ordering again

I got one of my lightsabers but not my freeinitiate Wich I applied the coupon for there spring give away with I'm still waiting for there respond I waited almost 9 weeks to get my order and they didn't fit it all right and customer service is very poor
Last time I ordered it was the first time I've ever ordered from Ultrasabers. I'm pleased with the products received but in terms of shipping it took almost 8 weeks if I'm remembering correctly and the reason I chose Ultrasabers is because I heard they're the best quality for how 'cheap' they are and how fast they ship. But every time I asked about something I very rarely if at all got a reply. So SO FAR when it comes to shipping and customer service I haven't been too impressed. I also just recently placed another order on July 20th, I placed an order for 2 grab bag sabers. I emailed Ultrasabers about this twice last week because I had not even received the email stating that the order had shipped, but today I just got an email asking for delivery confirmation. My order number is *******. Well no my order hadn't arrived yet and I actually still haven't received the shipping email or at the very least a reply to my emails I sent last week. Last time I ordered a few months ago I was extremely happy with the service and products, they arrived a week after placing the order. So what I'm wondering is has it shipped? If so has it been delivered to the wrong address? I don't know. The products I've yet to have a complaint about but the customer service could be much better.
Bad communication. Lucky if you get a canned response. My only reply came from messaging through facebook. Constantly sending out emails and ads to buy more items but they can't get the orders they have out the door in a reasonable time. Saber came with a lot of rattles. Had to open battery end and stuff in crumpled paper so battery pack wouldn't slam around. Still rattled. Had to remove blade and and add paper around LED assembly. There should be custom foam pieces added during assembly to address this. Blade looks nice but is simple on/off. A lightsaber I bought at Goodwill for $4 has lighting effects for turning on and off plus sounds for swinging, hitting, and idle humming.

I ordered 4 mystery boxes and they did not disappoint! Two of them were custom built which made me feel like I had my own personalized lightsaber. I will order from them again in hopes that I get more one of a kind lightsaber.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
