Shipping time was over double what was stated.
They replied to one email with what seemed like an automated response. The sabers did get here in about a month and a half which I reasonable. But when they did get here they gave my the wrong blade type and didn't respond to my email about it; so that sucked. They did give me AV switches instead of guarded switches which was cool though, so because of that it's a 2/5 overall. I'll probably go somewhere else for next time.

About 115 days ago I ordered to lightsaber blades and we Naver got them. 3 to 6 days my $#*!. I strongly recommend you don't buy from them

Total garbage. This company is not rated 4.69. That is Fake News. It has almost all negative reviews. NO customer service. Ordered one saber toom 3 months but got it. Nice product but second saber never arrived 4 months later. Called 20 times, emailed ten times and no response. They spam you with emails and deals. Horrible. My son cried for a week. Spent 250.00. Never got a refund.

Great quality saber! It took about 4 weeks longer than the estimated lead time, total wait time was 8 weeks. The wait was well worth it thou and will be ordering again in the future.
It took 60 days to get my item which was a birthday gift for my son. His birthday was 4 weeks away when I placed my order. I emailed Ultra Sabers twice after day 40 just to get some idea of what was going on and got no response. You need to do better at responding to customers and please do not use Covid19 as an excuse for not responding to emails. I will never do business with this company again.
Customer service was non existent
I placed an order early June for a mystery box. After 4 weeks of not hearing anything after I had emailed asking about my order status I opened a PayPal dispute. Then I received a response saying they would check on my order status and would respond in 1-2 days. After a week I escalated my PayPal case and voila, all of a sudden I get a shipping notification the next day. It should not take threatening to get your money back for a company to ship what you ordered. Will never order from again.
1.5 months later, 4 reminders after which I find out that the Lightsaber I wanted was not available. I can understand Covid days but the misinformation and neglect, I do not... so I had to settle for one I didn't want but had no choice. They did send one eventually after a lot of pain and harrassing from my side. For 610 usd, u might think you get a bit better treatment... Not even an apology. Very sad where this company ended up.
Placed my order on June 1 for 5 sabers plus 4 free giveaways, it was completed and shipped out 6 weeks later... pretty reasonable for 9 lightsabers, I think. Potential customers should know that the company has been hit hard with all the stuff going on in 2020; there are production delays due to material shortages(something outside of their control) and replies to emails are hit or miss, most likely due to the volume of emails they get a day(something I'll admit they do need to resolve). I've been lucky, however; the longest I had to wait for an email reply was 2-3 days, and any issues or concerns I had were taken care of quickly. When it's all said and done, though, the sabers are well worth the wait. Hopefully they'll get back in the normal groove they were in before everything went sideways, but I will be ordering from Ultrasabers again.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
