I am happy with the look and the overall feel of the sabers. The saber I received from the more expensive mystery box just seems to underwhelm me and the expectations I had for it.
The ultrasaber was as expected, however it took 4 emails to get a response on my delayed shipment. In said email I was told it should ship in the following weeks. 2 weeks later and no shipment still so I sent another email and suddenly it ships. I understand covid and may 4th affect this but at least change the status of my order or send emails to let people know instead of leaving us in the dark.
I placed a order for 2 mystery boxes June 1st and here I am now on the 31 of July with nothing but. A email. Either send me what I paid for or we will have to go another rout

I don't mind the long wait, but I would've loved answers, I got more answers from the forum than the official site/silent customer service on order-backlogs.

Happy with my combat saber, overall. Just haven't received any response from their customer service side. I submitted a request back in June. It's currently a day before August. Good entry level sabers overall.
Purchasing was easy and I really love the product now that I have it! However, I wish I had received more info about my shipment and why it was taking so long. I'd say take off your website the lead time for when a person will get a saber because from what I see online, it rarely gets met. But overall good product!
No response to multiple emails and calls (6 emails/4calls), order took weeks more than the advertised order time (8 weeks), and I got the wong parts on my order (hilt cap and blade material). This is the second of three lightsabers that I have ordered. I am waiting on one more order to arrive (9 weeks on a 4 week order) Hopefully third time will be a long awaited charm.

I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER! I have emailed and called countless times! With NO RESPONSE! Worst customer service EVER! Couldn't be more dissatisfied with this company! Where is my saber or refund?!
Good quality saber, customer service can be frustrating. Had to find the name of an individual representative to be able to figure out the order, but once I did I was satisfied. Have ordered twice from them before with no problems, and once I got in touch with customer service, they gave me a better hilt for the same price as my initial hilt. Would order from ultrasabers again, but beware that some hilts have a few months wait time and some can be shipped out nearly instantly.
Very disappointed with amount of time it took to receive. 2 months! Plus after all that waiting I didn't receive anything special. As a business owner myself I think I would have threw a few goodies to make the customers wait worth it. Nothing special.
Didn't receive it for almost 6 weeks, sent an email, got no reply. Then two days later I got a shipment confirmation. The saber showed up two days before my daughter's birthday so in the end I got what I wanted
I ordered this 2nd lightsaber for my wife as a part of her costume for the Rebel Legion Takadona Base. She absolutely loves it as she does with the first one she received. She said it's a beautiful work of art & will be proud to handle it at her troops. Great job ultrasabers it is well worth the price.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
