It is well worth the wait, though some may disagree out of impatience. For those of you that plan to go to Comic Con or someplace and want to use one of these for a cosplay, be advised! It is a good idea to order a while in advance.

The order I placed on May 28th arrived today July 30th which was twice the build time they estimated and didn't reply to any of my polite emails asking for an update on the expected build time.
Once the order arrived I was very happy with the quality of the sabers.
I ordered it over a month before i got it, and had asked numerous times over email where i could find when it was going to be shipped out. I got a response to a question once at the beginning but never since then
The sabers my friends ordered at least year ago work great, look great, and don't seem to ever have significant issues, even with intense dueling use. Anything bought recently, including my own saber, seem to lack that high standard of quality.
My blade was damaged from being over tightened in the hilt when I received it, plus it seems too loose in any hilt I've tried it with. The hilt I bought broke within a couple months. The battery pack rattled around violently, even with gentle use, causing it to snap free from it's cables.
This wouldn't be that big of a deal if I could get into contact with anyone from Ultra Saber. Their customer service email seems to be totally ignored now, whereas previously people got responses within 24 hours. Even though my saber is under warranty even now, I have no way of getting it repaired or refunded as no one will get back to me.
I love the product! My only issue was that I received the EXACT same saber, but a different blade color. I ordered the $200 mystery saber, which I knew was "random" but not totally sure on how random it is, especially for me to receive the exact same saber 2 weeks apart from my original order. Both blades are works of art and love them and make a nice edition, I was hoping something different from my original order. It is a chance, at the saber that is picked, but with the pandemic that is ongoing not sure if that played into the sabers that were built, I had to double check on my order since it was received outside 3-4 week lead time for the first order and my second order came right about the 4 week lead time, and parts/staffing were being taken into consideration to keep everyone safe. I will order another $200 mystery saber in hopes I get something completely different, but time will tell.

These sabers are amazing! Not the same as finding your Kaber crystal in a Jedi temple and building your own, but amazing!
I placed my order on May 25, and then heard nothing back until the end of July. I sent multiple emails, I sent multiple messages on your Facebook messenger account, and I heard nothing back from your company. When my product arrived, it's great I love it, but one of the black metal accent pieces had fallen off in shipping. I can fix it no problem, I am just so underwhelmed at the lack of customer relations, maybe.you need to hire someone who can actually correspond with the constumer, especially when they are paying as much as they are.
Saber was ok but took over 2 months to arrive. Still waiting for another order after 11 weeks. Tried emailing and calling several times and they have not responded. Terrible business - shop somewhere else.
Product never arrived. It has been 11 weeks and we have contacted them via email and phone several times. They do not respond. Have filed complaint with the Better Business Bureau and see that they have an F rating there. I wish I had checked that before ordering. Do not order from them!
Sabers are ok but the delivery time was extremely long - over 2 months for a couple of orders and we are sill waiting for a 3rd order after 11 weeks. They do not respond to email or phone calls. Feel like this is a scam and they ran with our money on the other order. Buyer Beware!

When I ordered the product, processing time was 3-4 weeks. After nearly 5 weeks, I had received no information about it being shipped so I reached out to customer service and never got a reply. I don't mind the extra wait, but the lack of communication was incredibly frustrating.
The light saber that I received was in excellent condition (new). It was a birthday gift and it arrived very late. I only received the saber after filing a complaint through PayPal to receive a refund. The seller would not answer emails or phone calls about my order so I was forced to go through PayPal as a third party.
I received my saber roughly 6ish weeks after I ordered. Honestly was expecting it to be a lot longer than it was! When I received it, I cried! It's incredible quality and just so much more than I was expecting! Will 100% be purchasing again!
I'm very unhappy, i spent over 400$ with them and got only half of the stuff that I ordered in ridiculous amounts of time, the better of the two shipping times was about 5 weeks, I never got the replacement piece I was told I would receive not to mention I never got the second blade that I payed for, the company isn't worth the time price and runaround for the 50% of the products that you'll recieve.
More updates on why my saber was delayed would be nice
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
