First order arrived right on time but second order is a month late...
If there was a no star option I would put that instead. When I ordered my lightsaber all I saw was good reviews and very little bad ones, but once I paid for mine that's when you start to see the bad ones. I didn't think anything of it, I had high hopes for the company. It ended up shipping a month late from what I was told, I emailed them about it and got no response but magically it got shipped as soon as i said something about it. Then I emailed the customer service line the same day I got it because I wouldn't light up and the battery holder it had came broken. I emailed them again after a week with no response. I had to end up buying all the parts to fix it myself and I am still waiting on the snail mail they call customer service to get back with me. Go anywhere but here to buy a lightsaber. Trust me

My only complaint is the Li-ion batteries drain after sitting idle for 2 weeks. I don't know if there is a short in the wiring that would cause it.
The product is great, the ungodly amount of time it takes and the customer service is not the best. I still have friends who haven't gotten their orders and they ordered around the same time I did
My son's lightsaber arrived in pristine condition from Texas to the UK yesterday only two months after ordering, which we didn't think was too bad given a world wide pandemic. It's exactly as he ordered and he's thrilled - thank you. As the adult who ordered it though, I've found it very stressful to have no contact from customer services, if they exist, to advise when we could expect delivery or if we had indeed been scammed by a company that didn't exist! I also called and left a message. No idea if anyone heard that. Fortunately, I read reviews from others who had had the same experience and and were equally frustrated but all had turned out well in the end. So, as others have said, wonderful product, great site, appalling customer relations!
The saber is incredible, fantastic craftsmanship. Shipping takes a long time but the long wait is worth the saber
I ordered a randomized saber around May 30, but my order hadn't processed until July 25th. It only took a day or so to get here and I'm extremely pleased with how it looks
I am disappointed as I am still waiting on my order to even finish processing. I understand we are in a pandemic but I placed an order back in April and it's almost August. They did offer me other lightsabers in place of the one I ordered but they were of lesser quality.

I am 100% satisfied with my saber, love it, my only issue was trying to contact the company but overall my saber is amazing and will be ordering many more!

This company is absolutely horrible. This order was placed may 19th and I just now got it (July 28th)
I reached out to the company multiple times but it wasn't until about 8 weeks in that i got an email telling my the saber I ordered was out of stock. Then they tried to offer me a much more plain looking saber with a battery upgrade as a substitute... I finally had to pay $50 more for a different model because literally everything else was put of stock. The ONLY one there worth a **** is their customer service employee Nicole. If you have any issues, get in touch with her. Or else GL I guess. This is my 6th saber from them and this has happenee on every one except for 1. They make great low cost sabers if you opt for no sound. But as a business I have literally never dealt with worse in my life. Theres other companies out there that deserve your money more than these guys. And give Nicole a raise. Shes the only reason I bought more than 2.

Quality of Ultrasabers design and creativity are amazing for a very reasonable price. Hats off to all of you for your technical craftsmanship and quality of your creative work! Amazing!
The first order #******* arrived complete and reasonably on time within 3-4 weeks. My son loved it!
The second order #******* arrived within 4-5 weeks and incomplete (missing the tri-color filters for the saber... only lights up white with no filters. Very disappointing as it was a birthday gift).
The last order #******* purchased on May 4th, 2020 is still processing without word of any delay or disruption. Although delays were expected due to the pandemic, I would have expected your company to deliver a press release to all current customers with "purchases in processing" news into the increase time and projected delays or delivery times. I'm not unhappy but offering some good advice and suggestions.

The Dorian pommel was everything I had hoped it would be.
It was good, the quality was great so I decided to order a mystery box but I've been waiting over a month for it unlike the two sabers I got with this order so I guess shipping varries
The overall product is just what my son wanted. I was disappointed that it took 7 and 1/2 weeks to get the item. The two times that I contacted customer service via email were slow in a response and it was a canned response which made me worry that we would not get our order, but we did. It was explained that there was a delay due to COVID, but I had to seek the information rather than the company being proactive in giving updates.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
