Customer services took nearly 3 weeks to respond to emails and the lead time specified on the website is not accurate.
We are however in the middle of a global pandemic so this may explain the lack of customer service.
Changing info on the website to display accurate lead time/notifying of problems would solve the customer service issues.
Wonderful experience shopping and with the product, kid loved the sabers.

Their lead time is not 3-4 weeks. It's over 10. They don't talk to you. I emailed them five times, they couldn't even reply to say that they were looking into my order. Don't bother, there are better companies that make better lightsabers.
Still havent received my saber that i ordered or gotten a tracking number for it... Terrible service
Eh it's good but lead time could be more accurate
The hilt came shipped scratched on the black paint. And no rettention screw was included. So I cannot tighten the blade to the hilt. I ordered the stunt blade for a reason. Really disappointed for the price I paid.

I will never order from UltraSabers again. It took 2 months to get my saber in. Throughout the entirety of those 2 months, IF I was lucky enough to get an answer, it was "We're working on it. We're delayed." Without a doubt the worst customer service I've dealt with. The saber finally came. I opened it to find the blade is curved and the hilt, which was incredibly bland, is covered in a sticky residue. Almost like it had duct tape on it at one point. Incredibly disappointed by UltraSabers. I HIGHLY recommend spending the extra money and going somewhere else with your money, where your money and time is valued, and I guarantee you'll get a better saber! Stay away from these guys.

Great product! I ordered my lightsaber in March and it was delivered by March. The lightsaber is great quality I have accidentally dropped it a couple of times and it has still withstood fine.
Terrible. Never got anything and I'm out a hundred bucks, I ordered this and the payment confirmation and order number went right through and then i never heard anything from this company at all. I ordered this thing on May 27th and never heard anything, so I got concerned and trying contacting them through All of their resources, I sent two emails and called repeatedly. I am tired and frustrated and will never go back here for anything.
So, my order was originally from March 10 and I was getting no feedback at all except for automated response. I even tried to get shopper approved to help and got no response or help. However, ultrasabers went through a customer service change in May and they were awesome. I had a customer rep responding and helping me receive my saber in June. I gave 3 stars because of my initial experience being terrible then the change happened and it was excellent. I totally understood things were rough with the virus but I hope they keep up with just communicating. Thanks
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
