Not a good place to order from... We ordered it in MARCH and still have not heard back from 1 email i sent them and they never answer the phone. Save your money..
Took a while to process(10 weeks). Patience, young Padawan. So worth the wait! Thank you Ultrasabers for everything y'all do. If you're going to buy more upgraded versions(Obsidian V4 sound, Diamond) the lead time will be longer than advertised, but you will not be let down.

Climate. The blade was of excellent quality and exactly what i expected.
Just needed emails answered or phone calls returned concerning expected delivery. Order way ahead. It took 3months for order to arrive. We did receive an email once it was shipping which was such a relief because we truly thought we just wasted nearly 200.00. We wanted to add sound to the saber but couldn't reach the company.
I ordered 2 short bladed practice sabers with connector piece for the middle. Very happy with them. Can use them separate or together. Thank you.
No response to my emails asking for updates on my order. Two months to receive a mystery box order, while customers who placed their orders later got them much earlier per their posts on the Ultrasabers forum.
Quality of the item is rather basic and not very impressive. Then again, it was a mystery box order, so they could have put anything in it and fulfilled the order.
I've purchased sabers in the past this is my first experience with accessories this was a simple and easy process.
My 3rd purchase from US, my previous 2 had excellent shipping time but this time it took over a month to ship. Products recieved were excellent
No response about when we would receive my son's light saber after multiple times that we emailed. 2 months after payment with no word. We realized it would take a while bc we had had a similar experience with the last one ordered for another son, but was hoping for at least some communications. My son does love his light saber, though.
It was okay, although my Sabers arrived malfunctioning.

Was properly level set on the website as well as the forum on how long it could take. I was shocked my order only took 20 days total to recieve! I'm missing a charger for one of the lightsabers that I had a recharge port installed, but that part I'm more than happy to wait on. I definitely love my Frankensaber!

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
