It took a very long time for delivery but the product is outstanding!
Ordered a pair of sabers some time ago. Showed up a few weeks after ordering, were in great condition and worked great. Good stuff.
Shipping to Aus is around a month but products are excellent and will buy again, I recommend others to as well.
The lightsaber itself is well made and nice (which it should be for the price) but the experience and customer service is so terrible I wouldn't recommend. Took just short of 3 months to receive the lightsaber with little communication from the company even after multiple inquiries feeling left in the dark. Finally received the lightsaber and it's missing the color discs we ordered (received 12 instead of 20 and are all pink/purple)
Ordered my saber back in may. Have not heard back since then. In my account overview, the order is "processing" (since ~3 month).
I have written multiple emails to customer support but no one answered. I would really like to have my saber :(
Not my first time ordering but has to be my worst experience I was ghosted by employees multiple times and I called twice with no success. The color wasnt bright enough as well
I purchased two fully decked out sabers with diamond sound for nearly $1000. It took 11 weeks for them to arrive. After less than 48 hours, only being turned on about 10 times and lightly tapping it with my 3 year old, one saber is completely dead. Changed the batteries and got only sound for 5 secs, then dead again. Try three more sets of batteries and nothing. Emailed 5 times and called many times to find out when it would arrive and no response. I inquired about how to get it fixed and expect no response. I will be seeking legal action. The sabers also have scratches and imperfections you would not expect for a nearly $500 purchase. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with and I used to be an AT&T customer.

I enjoyed finally getting my first light saber from Ultrasabers. It took 2 months but worth the wait considering the state of the world with covid and how popular the company has been. When it shipped out, it arrived even earlier than expected. My only complaint would be that I thought it would be brighter but I'm a happy customer!
I ordered 2 $75 Mystery Boxes and I had an excellent experience. I think for the Mystery boxes they usually just kinda take whatever they left at the end of the month and put it together. Mine came out great though. It did take like 4 weeks to ship, so be ready for that, but after it shipped, I got it in about 4 days and the lightsabers are amazing! They were already put together, nothing was damaged; and I've already dueled when them 3 or 4 times and they don't even have a scratch on them. Overall, I was very satisfied.

We ordered our sabers on the same day as friends. We got our shipment within a couple weeks--though when we reached out, customer service wasn't great.
Meanwhile, it has been two months and our friends still haven't received their order.
We love our sabers. Great quality. Very durable. We use them for fighting all the time.
I bought a dark initiate saber and it was well worth it. Good things come to those who are patient and wait!
Ultrasabers provide good quality items, but the current world issues seem to be stressing them beyond their ability to cope. Customer service was automated messages, nothing more. Delivery time was very long, 10 weeks 3 days from the time the order was placed, when the site says 3 to 4 and there is no official announcement on the Website about the delays due to COVID-19.
They NEED better communication with the customers. I could have overlooked the wait time if I had been given any kind of info officially, and not just hear say on their forums.
Also I am less than happy that I received Mid-Grade Blade when I ordered Heavy Grade.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
