The saber was great quality and i thoroughly enjoy it, however i was charged a fee i don't remember being told about and when i tried to contact ultrasabers they never responded
My lightsaber is so perfect, while it took a while to arrive, it was worth it because of the sabers extremely good quality. I will continue shopping on ultra sabers for any other accessories.

The time took 3 months which I think should be the new normal shipping time. The normal shipping time on their website says 4 weeks but it was closer to 12. I only got 1 email the entire time. I tried contacting them via phone and email with one email in response saying it should take 4 weeks. The only thing I like about ultra sabers is that their product is great just be prepared to wait forever with no communication.
I got the mystery box for my boyfriends birthday and he loved it and I'm planning on ordering one for myself only downside Is it took almost 2 months to get it but if it wasn't for that I'd give the full 5 stars

The web site said 4 weeks. It took 4 months...I contacted customer service many times during the wait and didn't get a reply back until the product shipped to me.
When I got the product it wasn't the correct product. What I ordered was supposed to have emmiters I could change out but these don't move. Now I'm stick with previously ordered emmiters.
No where near worth the money. There are better more reliable saber companies out there. Quality, customer service and timely manner suck.

The sabers are always amazing quality and craftsmanship. Biggest issue they have is that it takes time to make the sabers this good, so don't expect super fast turnaround for a saber with sound. I personally recommend you get a few mystery boxes first, then order your custom saber after, so you don't go insane waiting for it. Mystery sabers arrive usually in less than 2 weeks and custom orders can take 4 weeks or longer. Mine took 9 weeks, but they hooked me up because of the wait. Definitely going to get more when I have a chance
All arrived perfect. Love i! The Saber is fully funcional and the pommels fits as I expected. As I live in Europe Switzerland, any order needs some Time, but this is normal. And i love your products!
I originally chose this company because the custom lightsaber market has weirdly long lead times between ordering and shipping. I was ordering for my son's 5th grade graduation gift and the website quotes a 3 to 4 week lead time (other major companies were 6 to 8). The reviews and hype suggested it was a high end product that shipped quickly and provided good customer service, so I placed the order in February.
None of that turned out to be true. The saber I ordered didn't even ship until two months after the order and I wound up getting a generic saber from
Amazon. Amazingly, the cheaper one ended up being the better product; multiple sound fonts, selectable colors, silent mode, flash on clash and brightness modes. The after a week of using both, it also turns out to be far more durable now that the Ultrasabers one frequently malfunctions and/or drains its batteries within 45 minutes.
I would have been satisfied with it (though not thrilled) if I had paid $80 or $90. But for $250 and a 10 week wait for what is basically a glorified flashlight, I would not recommend.
It took more than 2 months for the delivery and there were lots of communication error but the final product was worth it.
Took over two months to ship, little to no response from customer service. Once shipped the sabers arrived quickly. Pleased with the product quality but an over two month wait time was absurd.
Amazing quality! Super bright and very durable! The only negatives were the shipping time, due to corona so no worries, and the Allen wrench they sent me was too small. But very small things compared to the overall awesome lightsaber I received. Im very excited to wear it on my belt at work. Thank you Ultrasabers very much!

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
