Second order good services
The 2 lightsabers my kids order for me for Father's day ordered early June arrived August 6. The lightsabers themselves were exactly what my kids envisioned, they were just disappointed in the time it took from ordering to delivery with nothing from ultrasabers saying how long they expected delivery until they shipped.
The saber is great, customer service could use work tho. I was able to get help and updates, but I have seen many others on the forum with little to no help. Would probably order again when they get everything sorted out.
I just received my order & everything seems to be working perfectly. I do say the customer service at UltraSabers needs improvement. I don't mind the long wait, but communicating that the order would take longer than 3-4 weeks as advertise on the website would be greatly appreciated.
The only problem was the time it took to process the order. Delivery time was amazing and the product is worth the time. I do understand the time it took do to COVID though
It's easy to find the kind of saber you're looking for. The prices are direct and upfront so you never get hit by any surprising extra fees.
Biggest issue was how long it took to get what I ordered, almost 2 months from ordering to receiving. Product is great but no one answers the phone when you call

Fast shipping with an accurate time frame
I placed my order on June 5,2020. It is a gift for a dear, dear friend with cerebral palsy who has just triumphed over his third bout with cancer. He is a lifelong Star Wars fan, and I promised him this saber as the mark of a true warrior. The delivery took much longer than previous orders I had made from this company, and I tried contacting them both by phone and by email numerous times, all to no avail. At 9:33 AM on Tuesday, August 4,2020, I received an email from Ultra Sabers claiming that it had been delivered. It had not. They told me to reply to the email if I did not receive it. I have replied to the email twice since then, but have not heard back. I certainly understand the effort that Ultra Sabers puts into actually making these custom orders, but something went terribly wrong with delivery. I have already paid for this saber, but I welcome Ultra Sabers to get in touch with me if they wish to do right and actually send me the order. I will not accept additional charges, but I am giving Ultra Sabers another chance, if they want it. Ultra Sabers, I have emailed you regarding this review and what you can do to fix it. I ordered June 6th and it came in August 6th after I emailed paypal (the only way to get in contact with them) about how I wanted a refund. After I complained about two days later I got an email saying it shipped, it's a super cool saber though!
I can certainly understand current conditions but their customer service really sucks. There was no notice on the site about delays in shipping so I had sent 3 separate messages to their customer support just requesting an update. No replies were sent. It was only after I sent a message via my payment method that I was notified of the package being sent.
It was only two mystery sabers as a first ever purchase. Throw em in a box and ship em out.
Ordered and received the custom light saber in a reasonable amount of time. Seems to be a quality product. Poor customer service. We received the saber and it was yellow (the color we ordered) we went out of town for a few weeks and when we returned the saber now lights up red. We emailed and called and left a voicemail and have heard nothing from the company on fixing our product. I will not order another saber from this company.
Price to quality is not great, but better than oth
Quick, simple and straight to the point.
Very lengthy shopping and man the prices, whew! So many options, the price really gets away from you. Not as heavy as I thought, mistake getting 24' instead of 36' blade. I'm a tall guy kinda looks like a toy now. Sound is very loud with a wide open pommel. Sound and lights worked right out of the box which is great! Sounds is good and reacts ok to swing to clash, not great. I'll be hitting the spare parts to build this out a little more, and know what look for next time.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
