So if you need a new product or upgrade to your old saver. They will be Johnny on the spot to take your money and ship a product.
But when it comes to actual customer service and responding to questions. They fail horrible on all fronts and new and exciting ways. I have sent many emails in regards to buying some parts or getting warranty work. Crickets for well a year plus after multiple emails for warranty. And at least 8 months for buying parts.
So in closing love the product nothing rivals it. Just hope they work on the customer service.
I know it's takes long during the pandemic or order pending. I don't mind and it takes time or so. Or something not right or over five months, I'll let it know to send an email (the phone it's hard to call). Thank you, guys.

I wish customer service would respond to emails. The lightsaber is awesome, but I tried to contact them for information about buying internal components and I never got a response. I will be calling for information tomorrow instead.
Of course got it fast as Always but it was the wrong module. I got the modular led when in truth I ordered the Led module. It won't fit the "Lost Grey" hilt.
Wish the costumer service was better
Processing took 2 months. When emailed I never got a single answer.
Waited 3 months and came delivered with broken light module, didn't light up
This is the only site Ill buy sabers from. Their high quality materials are not only cool, but will last a lifetime.
For delivery time and customer service response time, I would give 0 stars or negative stars if those were options. We placed an order on May 31, and we did not receive our ultrasaber until July 29 or 30th. Before we placed our order, we asked customer service some questions, and the response time was almost immediate which makes you feel optimistic about ordering from here. However, after we placed our order and it didn't arrive as promised, we asked questions about when our order would arrive, and the response time at first was good and then it went to non-existent which makes you feel regretful for ordering from here. To top it off, our experience with using up batteries has not been positive because every time my son uses the ultrasaber, the batteries are quickly drained and the ultrasaber says something that absolutely sounds like "You're an idiot." I am not kidding! We have bought rechargeable batteries after looking online at others who have said the same thing. My son wanted two ultrasabers so that he and his Dad could duel, but we only ordered one and I do not know if we'll order another one from here. IF we were told that the saber might take 8 weeks or more to arrive and IF we were told ahead of time that the batteries will be drained very easily and IF the saber didn't call you an idiot for purchasing it, we would absolutely love the saber. If you are thinking about purchasing one, then please consider these matters before you actually pay for one. We might order another one from here, but at least I'll know what I'm in for.
The first saber I ordered came in a few weeks and was in excellent condition. I ordered another saber on the 18th of June and haven't heard anything since then. I even tried to reach out via email and still haven't heard anything.
I emailed twice about the status of my order and I did not receive a response. I got my order after 8 weeks of waiting with out a response or any sort of communication, yet they could still pump out their promotional emails.
The hilt and blade are high quality, the sound was atrocious it sounded worse than the effects in A New Hope. And took twice as long as I was told.
The sabers are really good
While I didnt realize itd take almost twice as long to make a saberstaff, that's not what bothered me. There was an item that didn't get shipped with my saber, and when I tried to reach out I never got a response. It was pretty upsetting considering the price for it.
I ordered my saber June 9,2020. Still it hasn't come to me and it's been almost two months. Tomorrow, august 9,2020 will be the two month marker. I still had hope for my saber, but then my friend got one. Two days later it says, "completed" mine is still on "processing". I want my saber. But I'm not sure if I will. As of right this moment, I'm being scammed. Update! I got an email that I am going to get it in the next couple of days. It took two months, and customer service doesn't exist, but I am going to receive it.
I ordered on June 9 but it didn't come until August 6. When it came, I knew it was worth the wait. Great product
I received my saber and everything works however I made an error and ordered the wrong lightsaber. I wanted the Grandmaster and not the Reaper.
I attempted to email and call several times to see if it were possible to exchange or get a refund and buy another. But to no avail. This lightsaber is a gift however not the one I intended.
Fast and easy, good quality and a good wieght, sound board quality is deep and sharp

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
