I had bought my lightsaber and had heard nothing for weeks about if it was shipped or not. I emailed twice and about 3 weeks later they responded to one of my 2 emails. On week 4 I got my tracking info and my lightsaber had shipped. I waited another week for it to arrive and I am very satisfied with my product. The wait is worth it

Wait times were longer than preferred, but I was happy with the sabers. I've never had any issues with Ultrasabers and will continue to order from them.

I like my lightsaber but you guys did screw up the order I ordered two or three different lightsabers and each one got messed up the wrong parts for the wrong handle stuff like that but I am satisfied

The saber is amazing and I look forward to some amazing things with it!

I understand that the process may take a long time, especially during the pandemic. But I never received any updates after emailing about the status of the order. After waiting since mid March I thought the saber would be a little more than just silver and not even any color for the blade. That being said I do really love the saber but would have a easier time accepting what I got if I didn't have to wait since March.

Delivery took a bit, but is understandable considering the current times. All three sabers arrived in perfect condition. The mystery box sabers were a fun surprise to wait for.

The order took about a month to ship here, the product was well made and I did enjoy what i got. My only concern would be that I couldn't check where exactly it was and it took quite a long time to get shipped. Though in my opinion I was satisfied with what I bought and might purchase another one in the future.

The saber I received far exceeds any of my expectations! Will buy again!

Took forever but thankfully we anticipated so the sabers showed up a couple days before when we needed them. Hopefully they'll arrive much quicker as I hope to get a few more for my family.

They are really great. I would definitely buy more lightsabers from this website. They are cool to play around with.

The saber was in excellent condition but I did not recieve the blade plug that I ordered.

A great product, a excellent mystery concept, but slow to deliver, a useless priority delivery option, due to slow order processing (even by COVID issues, and very difficult ability to get a response from customer service. Communication And response are key to a happy customer, before and after a purchase.

I want this company to succeed but it takes work in all areas.

Took a while to arrive but is a great saber.

The customer service is absolutely horrible and I didn't get any orange or red color discs with my order.

After waiting longer then was told it would take and ZERO customer service when I inquired about it(3 emails and several phone calls), the light saber arrived and so far so good. My son loves it I titled it undecided due to lack of customer service and only having it for 3 days now

The saber I recieved, which was a $200 mystery box, was not what I expected. I don't believevit was worth $200. It was not well made, and came with a bent blade. I tried to contact seller. But received no response.

Everything I have ordered from Ultra Sabers took a while to get (might want to work on that a little) but the quality just can't be beat... especially the light saber that I ordered. That thing is as close to being the real thing as it gets.
