The bad: it took 8 weeks to receive my saber which is somewhat understandable in this pandemic but still seemed way longer than expected.
The good: Customer Service was responsive to me and expedited my order once they became aware of the issue; the quality of the saber is amazing; the packaging was well thought out and protective.
I will buy from them again knowing that it takes longer than claimed to produce the item. Other than that I am very satisfied with my purchase.
I bough a lightsaber and a hilt adapter so that i could make it into a double bladed lightsaber but what i did not know was that the hilt size was diffrent and i was not warned that this would happen because I didn't buy an older lightsabee. But overall i like the lightsaber.
The order was placed in April 2020, and it took me using drastic measures for your company to finally get in touch with me. But, when you were aware of the situation you worked quickly to correct the situation. This is the reason I gave you five stars. I've always wanted my own saber not one from the movies and I finally have one the hilt is great quality and the blade is extremely durable, I also chose the color disk option whisk makes it very easy to switch from light to dark and I love it, I have already recommended this product to all my friends through Snapchat and will continue to on other platforms, I also received the saber a day before a mass power outage in my area so it came very much in handy!
I got my order in about 4 weeks, but I also only ordered one, and it was with sound. So my order wasn't complicated or anything. I fully aware of the lead time, and basing it off what I have been reading I was expecting to wait for a long time. I couldn't help but check every day if my order has been processed. I bought the dark initiate v5 with a red blade, and I love it. I obviously didn't have to wait as long as others, I think it was because I had a simple order. Nonetheless, expect a long wait and just be surprised when it's processed. The product is top tier, in my opinion, and worth it.
I enjoy using the lightsaber, so my only issue was that the order I placed took almost a month to arrive.
I've been a customer of Ultra since thr Master Replicas days when they were offering just the enhanced blade colors replacements and durable blades.
Now my oldest daughter enjoys Star Wars and we can enjoy playtime dueling with each other.

Took a little while to get my order sorted, as with the current situation. Though communication could be a little better. But the product arrived and is in working condition.
My family bought 2 ultrasabers, and it took over two months. Every time I asked where my lightsaber was they just said they'll send it soon, they didn't. After 7 weeks I asked for a refund, and they sent a confirmation email. After that I never heard from them again, and they still sent my lightsabers. After a week part of one of the lightsabers broke off.
This is a very disappointing review to have to write, but this level of negligence on the part of a customer service team is unacceptable and there's no excuse. Covid-19 has impacted everyone. I fully understand that production, shipping, etc. is affected. That makes perfect sense. But to be unwilling to respond to a simple email or update availability information is just lazy. You don't need to be on-site to update a website. You don't need to worry about socially distancing to answer an email. I don't know the actual reason, but I didn't even receive any attempted excuse as to why an order was over 6 weeks past expected delivery until after I had flagged the charge with my bank. And even then, the email just said "Sorry, we didn't ship it yet." Duh. Thank you Private Obvious (clearly no where near the rank of Captain).
Thankfully I have received a full refund. Despite the high quality of the items I've purchased before, I will never be buying from Ultrasabers again. It's unacceptable to have no care to do even the tiniest thing to keep your customers informed and aware of order progress. And it's clear they at some level only care about more sales (despite claiming they are over-loaded on sales) because yet again, there's constant back-to-back promotions and deals. If they cared about fulfilling their orders for their customers, there wouldn't be constant promotions when they know full well that they are over-booked.
I hope they figure things out and fix their priorities before they lose all their business.
I'm not typically the type to fuss about customer service especially since I use to work retail so I get it BBUUTTT I ordered my saber a month ago and can't get in contact with anyone. This saber was supposed to be used in my sisters gender reveal this Thursday and now that's not happening since the company seems as if they can't even respond to inquiries. If they could be up front a verbalize an extended wait time or just what's going on in general I could deal with and accept that and just make alternative plans. But no, no email replies, phone call returns, just complete radio silence. I can't even contact them to cancel the order since now the purpose of the saber is lost. I was excited to see the quality and looked forward to ordering more but that ship has sailed now.
I wanted to be refunded due to $#*!ty customer service, they have little to no intention to even reach back even after requesting a refund. I've read many great reviews of their products. But each review has also mentioned awful customer service, and some people taking up to a YEAR to receive their product. I understand times are tough for everyone now. I'm fully aware. But my neighbor ordered a lightsaber recently, a day after me and he got his whilst mine is still processing. That's $#*!ing bull$#*!. I either want my product, my money back, or someone to at least say something to me. I've left numerous emails to each of the ones provided, and I've called many times and no one will answer. They say "email us for a prompt and swift response", they are not true to their word.
Very very noice lightsaber took like 2 months to come but awesome and this review requires 100 words minimum so i will keep on typing until the upcoming goal has arrived.
Received my ultrasaber and it had cosmetic damage I contacted the company numerous times via phone e-mail and even the company owner himself through Facebook to no avail no return response was ever given I spent a lot of money on this saber and received such poor quality and such horrible customer service all I wanted was replacement parts how can I get them if I can't get through to a company that seems to not care about its customers buyers be cautious when buying from this company
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
