Not this time. I had to wait! From the 17th of May to the 6th of June! Not Kool. But once I got it I felt better.
I'm not a saber expert, but I think the 6 UtraSabers that I have are fantastic! On video they look even more realistic, which is great because I want to make videos.

Saber stopped functioning after ~96 hours. No contact dueling, no drops, batteries charged, nothing to warrant loss of function. Very dissatisfied, and I can't return, as 3 days have passed.

The Quality of the crafted saber is outstanding. Everything works and the shipment arrived intact and very fast thanks to good FedEx. With all the necessary shipping information provided from Ultrasabers, FedEx can handle all the customs stuff. So you don´t have to drive to customs yourself and do the pay customs & pickup. For me, as a paying customer, this is very important that i don´t have to worry about that part. Good job Ultrasabers & FedEx!
Lead time for crafting the saber was 15 working days. Just as promised from Ultrasabers. Thumbs up for you guys! Shipping time with FedEx from USA to Germany was just 4 Days. Very good!
Only one minor thing to mention is that "shopperapproved.com" keep sending thier "Have you recieved your order?" messages too early. I´ve recieved thier message on May 30th and Ultrasabers sent thier shipping message (with the tracking # (important!)) on June 2nd. My wife waited more than 72 hours after recieving the first message and had to contact Ultrasabers herslef to get the shipping info and tracking #.
But whenever we contacted Ultrasabers shipping to ask questions, they always answered within one working day. Another BIG thumbs up to you Marlene!

I did a bit of research before buying from ultrasaber and i only heard good things, so i wanted to try it. And money well spent! If i decide to buy a lightsaber again, it will definitely be from them! But a small problem sadly, i ordered a rgb saber and a single color saber and sadly there is a brightness difference. The rgb one is noticeably weaker and it can't keep the whole blade a single color. But the single color blade is perfect, so i recommend a single color blade. Everything else is great! Feels nice to hold, sturdy and good balance. Also very affordable!
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
