Although I'm absolutely blown away by the quality and feel of the fully-constructed sabers I purchased, I'm even more impressed with how courteous and helpful the company is when emailing them with questions. Five stars all around.
I bought my saber at US's booth at Comicpalooza. Very quick, thirty minute assembly time and they texted me when it was ready.
I visited the Ultrsabers booth at Megacon Orlando 2019. I opted to buy the $200 mystery box, and I was NOT disappointed! I got a custom "Chosen One" with premium sound, Sun Riders Destiny, windows, and other goodies.

As a huge star wars fan I can say no matter how much you pay for your saber it is worth it! I order the consular and it is beautiful. I showed off to others they also thought it was the coolest thing they seen it feels good, good weight, and you can see it well in the light.

Good product. Took 13 of the 10-14 business days to complete which is fine. Wife cut off my hand with it, but accidents happen.

Everything was great about the order process. I choose my sabers and placed the order. I then realized i might want to add something and i contacted the support. After some great customer service i decided that my original order was perfect and they shipped it to me.
The sabers were carefully packed in bubblewrap and didnt recieve any damage in transit (which is usually a problem in my country). All in all i am very happy with my purchase and i will be ordering more sabers from ultrasabers in the future!

We have gotten lightsabers from Ultrasaber a couple times. I did contact customer service because it took a long time for my order to process. They were really helpful and responded quickly. The only disappointing thing is the size of the free lightsaber. In the past they were the same size as the other sabers we'd buy.
However over all we we're really excited to get them and thought the ones we ordered were amazing!
We will continue to get lightsabers from Ultrasaber.
