It was ok took a long time but they did send it over night delivery for the cost of 2 day shipping

In general I was very pleased with my order but I was confused when I the e-mail from shopper approved too soon.
Well, I *was* fine until I got the survey, and it wouldn't let me say "I was fine with the service and product" without filling in something in the comment. Way to go, survey monkeys.
Overall I was very impressed. I do feel that you need to say something more then pending in n your status indicator. More details as ilsa and an estimated completion time would have been very helpful. This was my first purchase and overall I am thrilled.
Once I got the shipping confirmation it took a day to send out and then it was 2 days late past the 'it'll arrive in this date' notification. Other than that, no issues at all
