This is a good saber
I ordered the Grandmaster Saber, the saber is beautifully designed. This is my first saber with a sound board and I'm enjoying these effects greatly. It was worth paying the extra for the sound board.
Quality product. Ultrasabers is the best lightsaber manufacturer around.
Very impressed with the saber. Looks even better than expected. Looking forward to showing it off. Craftsmanship appears to be amazing. Truly an elegant weapon from a more civilized time.

Saber was great came fast, my only issue was that the power pack that holds the batteries was broken when it arrived and had to be repaired other that that i am happy with my saber
So Ultrasabers has sort of been that thing I've been looking at for years and wanting, but just never really gotten around to getting one.
But now that I have, I'm very pleased overall with my purchase and experience.
Customer service was easy to contact. And while it did take a day or so to get a reply back, it was always super helpful and friendly, so that's pretty great.
The product itself is awesome. Has a good weight to it, without being unwieldy. I will say that the cut out bits are a bit sharp, admittedly! So just something to consider at least with the model that I bought (The Dark Apprentice v5, for reference.)
Now I bought a saber with basic sounds, and while this is the more budget-friendly version I will say that while it is satisfying, the somewhat tinny-quality of the sound(though not bad by any means) and small variety of sounds are somewhat disappointing? I mean, like I said I did buy basic sounds, so I can't complain too much. I guess this is more just something to consider when buying your own!
Anyway, at the end of the day I'm pretty satisfied, and will probably buy from Ultrasabers again sometime in the future!
I ordered on May the fourth. The lead time was unfortunately longer then expected due to May sale.

Ordering date to shipment date. Another 6 days until i got my lightsaber.
Anyway, the lightsaber itself is high-quality and looks awesome.
I would Order again next time.

Beautiful work! My boyfriend loves it! The only thing that prevents a perfect review is the shipping time. It took over two weeks for the order to ship. Otherwise? Amazing^°^
Had a bad speaker on my new mystery box saber, they took it back and fixed it for free. Got it back in a week. Couldnt be happier with ultrasabers. They are awesome, great customer service, great all around service!

I made the order back in March. Never received anything... so I checked my profile on the web sight. Apparently, I hadn't finalized my order. That was May 12th. They just asked me yesterday if I recieved my order. Not yet. I hope these sabers are worth it. Because I've paid for em not once, but TWICE now... and I've waited three and a half months.
