I thought it was fast and easy and it was excellent.
Shipping was fast and reliable but my UltraSaber came with a minor defect. The light tube has a dent on it.
Immediately after placing the order, I noticed an error. I had accidentally forgotten to remove my "Mystery Sabre", as I had decided to get a specific unit. As per the FAQ, I attempted to cancel, but in those 60 seconds, it was placed in progress, so I could not change the order. I attempted to contact twice by sending emails to sales to correct the issue, but was never contacted. I ended up receiving two blades.

High quality every time. I've ordered 2 sabers now, and have been impressed with the durability of my ultra edge mid grade sabers.
The blade plug got stuck and i had to push it out from the other side, now the led is looses and makes a bit of noise when the saber is moved. Also for a mystery grab bag sort of sale, to pay over $100 for a saber that sells for $75 is a bit of a gut punch without being able to even choose the blade color.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
