Looking for a basic saber for my son. He picked everything out himself and we received exactly what he chose.
I paid an additional hand delivery fee from Fedex, which was not specified in the purchase process.
Turnaround time was within expected window. Saber itself is great.
Website is easy to navigate, and the details of the order are always concise and accurate. Delivery after the saber is completed is always swift, even if shipped without express delivery.
To be honest its a good saber or rather sabers i ordder two their fun to swing with dont break easy but the archon v3.1 that i got seems alittle might break easy so care full if you get that one but they do use real steal
Now the why i rated so low, for what you get the sound on it seems like something i couldve made in my back yard with toy light saber form wal-mart, so very meh on that fornt and the lights? They look cool and all but drain power form the aaa's super fast so thats like 12bucks of bats just for a week of fun with these... and the wait i waited a full month to get mine in.
For these reasons i have to give it a low reveiw sorry... cool $#*! to own tho
I've wanted a saber like this for a WHILE, and I'm so happy I could go with a professional, durable, and more affordable option!
Added an item to my order, and it was fabricated and shipped swiftly. Marleena provides excellent customer service. I chose Fedex. There delivery times are stellar. Overall I feel like a well treated customer. The saber itself was ordered with a 32" blade and was my 8th saber from UltraSabers and restudy enough for heavy combat with goalie for hockey masks with the thick blades. They go deeper into the emitter than some of the other sabers. For instance I ordered an Archon 2.1. Another past order was the Archon 3.1.It's about 3" a difference. Not a problem. I cannot stress how quickly and special they made me feel as a customer and am very happy all around with them.
The sabers are high quality, as always, and the packaging was very adequate to keep it safe in transit. My only problem would be that I ordered a pommel that I thought would fit the hilt that I had ordered to give it abit more heft, but it turns out that pommel doesn't fit. I'm sure it's somehow expressed in the item descriptions, but I didn't really understand it fully it seems.
I was worried that I could live properly in Japan, but I received an answer as soon as I got in touch, and the products I received were very happy! I will buy next! Thank you for the good product!

Pretty happy with the mystery box option. Its a sturdy hilt and the design is pretty badass. Also rhe turn around time from order to delivery here in Australia was pretty damn fast. Roughly 8 days total, including the weekend.
Love it other then I wish I went with a longer blade but that just means I have to order another one in the near future
