The sabres themselves are exactly as you'd expect them to be; functional and damn cool. However, it did take almost a month to arrive, though I did buy at prime time (boxing day). I haven't any experience with other sabre companies but the sabre itself is very good quality and I would recommend to someone looking to start sabering.
Good things come you just have to be patient.
I've thought about getting one for years but never did out of fear of disappointment. Did a random box and loved what I got. The night it got here we ordered two more.
Placed an order for my son who wanted a lightsaber with some Christmas money and savings he had. Tried to be patient and sent an inquiry two weeks after ordering and got an automated response asking me to be patient. I have, but that only goes so far.
Yesterday I received another automated email asking for my feedback. I reached out again with no response and I have still not heard back from them in regards to my order: It's said "processing" when I log on to their website since the moment I placed my order. So this is my feedback... if they wanted something more positive, they should fill orders before spamming my inbox.

After long considering I ordered a Renegade Ultrasaber during Black Friday in November. When I finally received it it was unfortunately defect, and now I get no response at all from the customer service. Not buying from Ultrasabers again.
Over Christmas I had ordered a lightsaber from ultrasabers. I have been waiting patiently as I understand that they are busy. It has been 3 weeks and I still haven't heard anything from them. They haven't replied to my emails nor have they answered my calls. I will most likely not buy from them again and would like my money back
I ordered from you guys on the 13th of December I paid for express shipping and I emailed you guys several times and didn't get an email back for almost a month didn't receive my product for over a month and I spent extra money on express shipping for nothing very upset with you guys right now and you didn't even give me a tightening wrench for the lightsaber that I paid for you guys messed up a lot this time
Although tracking was not available (per the shipping I selected), the item was shipped quickly considering the holiday season. It arrived in perfect condition!

I ordered two lightsabers and selected two day shipping ~ yet it was six days after the day it was placed in the mail for delivery! I want my shipping to be refunded, since it was longer than the two days I paid for!
Super high quality absolutely what I wanted came in about 3 weeks! Was better than I could have expected! (Now everyone I know wants one!)
Made my order Dec 13,2019 - Shipped Jan 16,2020 - Arrived today (Jan 20,2020).
Even though I made my first order with Ultra Sabers amid the hype for The Rise of Skywalker film release/Ultra Saber's "SithMas" Sale/the holiday season, my order arrived safely to me today in Canada. My order was not guaranteed by Xmas and I expected a long wait. I did send an email for an update, and they responded a week later with apologies as they had a "much higher than expected volume of orders this holiday season."
Very happy with my two sabers from the mystery box. They arrived in good time and were well packaged. No problems with them at all. A good start to my saber collecting.

I placed my order on dec. 21st 2019. I recieved my order the 17th of jan. (4 days before my birthday);-)
Shipping was reasonably quick for ordering before christmas right before a new star wars film released.
I am very satisfied with my order I recieved an Aeon v4 (red light), a dark apprentice with avengers switch (red light) and I recieved a sentinal (yellow light). 2 were gifts for friends for Christmas. I gave them the reds and I was overjoyed to receive a yellow lightsaber. It was my number 1 color I wanted. Thank you for the phenomenal product as well as service. I will absolutely be placing orders in the future and will definitely recommend you to anyone and everyone. Great job team. Thanks again.
Took over a month to receive which made it a very late Christmas present for my son. Even though it was late my son loved it.
Empty complete hilt did not come with switch, despite stating that it does on the website, or LEDs. Total cost of parts 30% higher than having it built which is illogical and confusing. Over a month without response from customer service, and nobody answers the phone.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
