Came exactly as defined within reasonable time frame based on the scenario of Christmas and recent movie release. Slight cosmetic scratches on the hilts but this was informed of before purchase due to it being the Mystery box but still came in great condition and is very durable.
Great value, but one of my Grab Bag sabers had a loose LED chasis which literally fell out of the hilt along with the lens. Luckily I was able to just screw it back inside, but the lens is still a little loose, now thinking on how to screw it deeper inside. Overall still great sabers and really pretty designs, support agents were helpful and fast despite being swamped with orders in December.
I placed my order early December, 2019. Due to the release of the new movie, The Mandalorian, and it being the holidays, I expected it to take a while to get here. It definately did take a while to get here. But the wait was worth it. The saber is of excellent quality that I felt I should actually write a review about. The saber is made of a pretty high grade aluminum (at least from what I can tell), the soundboard and speaker fit snugly into the bottom of the hilt, the blade color is bright despite me getting a heavy duty blade, I can control every aspect of the color, sound, etc. I enjoy being able to control which sound font I am using without plugging it into a computer. It came with a blade plug for when it's off and so I don't blind myself accidentally, though I seem to be missing my Blade Stand. I'm still waiting to hear back from customer service regarding applied coupon codes at time of purchase. High chance of me ordering again.

My order was delayed but I was giving a discount code as compensation. When my order did arrive the quality was astounding, I have only experienced on issue, that being the blade screw getting stuck.
The saber is awesome, and the workmenship is top notch.
Do not bother with expedited shipping. I made that mistake, and lost that money :( Do not expect instant gratification.
The plugs are very functional - I will be ordering again, as I have more sabers coming soon. Well done.

I got a pretty basic model for my Mystery Box saber (no sound, simple hilt) but I knew it was a lottery so I don't feel cheated. Besides, the hilt has a great, solid feel to it with a surprisingly bright light and I feel like it's an ideal introduction to the world of custom sabers. The delivery was quick too, once the saber had been processed.
Love the customer service and the shipping took 3 to 4 days after processing. Will definitely choose this website for all my sabers.
Mystery saber and it was one of many that I actually wanted. It has a very nice weight to it, made of a heavy metal alloy. The blue saber shines so bright in the dark! For 75$ it's really hard to beat.
My experience was not that great. I ordered my lightsaber December 14 hoping that was enough time to get it before Christmas. I finally received it a month later. I know Christmas is a tough time when it comes to get orders shipped on time. That being said let me share my experience. First after a few weeks I sent a email and got a automated response saying they was behind on orders. Another week or so I sent another email asking for a person to respond to the email. With in 24 hours they got back to me and apologized for the delay. They gave me a 20% off discount code that I will not use because I'm not ordering from them again. Not because the item was late but because there shipping cost is just way to high. Other sites like ultra sabers can ship for about half what they charge. It cost me $21+ for shipping. I ordered a saber from someone else that was a lot farther away and the shipped it for less than $10 and I got my item in 3 days. Now ultra sabers did upgrade my saber free of charge but only after I was told my saber I ordered was out of stock. The lightsaber I ordered was the dark initiate v2 they upgrade to the v3. It was a Christmas gift for my son and yes he loves it. One more thing I'd like to say is as I was waiting for that saber I decided to build one out of sink parts, pvc pipe and some old flash light parts. I Ordered a single deep red cree led a thin wall clear blade from the custom saber shop that I received in 3 days. The build turned out great and the saber is just as bright as ultra sabers. I used a ******* rechargeable battery for the power. I'm sure thing would have be different if it wasn't for the holidays but that is something every company must be prepared for. But like I said the shipped is to much.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
