My son is extremely happy with his Ultra Saber. There isn't a day that goes by that it is not in his hands. The reason I didn't give a 5 star is because they need to do a better job of communicating. I never received an email that my order was received. It wasn't until I reached out a week or so later did we get a confirmation and information on how long it takes to process an order.
I've ordered 3 stunt sabers in the past and I decided to get a sound one for a friend and myself, we were not disappointed. All the sabers are top quality and have made me smile ear to ear multiple times
It took over a month to process my basic light saber, then the crooks said i needed to pay $89 shipping fee if I wanted to get it within 6 weeks! Don't call the phone number, much like the owner and the people who work there, the light is on, but no one is there. When I finally received it 8 weeks later, the quality is very poor. I think they must be self-generating the positive reviews! I'm doing my part to spread the word on the joke of a company to inform people so they don't have to experience this. Emory is a crook!
Even though the order took a while, I knew it was because of Christmas time and the movie coming out. So I understood why. But I got my sabers in a month's time and they're awesome! Solid, strong, durable, and bright! I highly recommend to anyone, new or old, in the saber community

It took about a month for me to get my package because of the new movie, shows and other stuff going crazy with star wars so I can understand that. Either way love the saber and will be ordering again.
Very nice sabers built with high quality aluminum I run a small polishing and plating shop and polished the saber hilts to a mirror finish after receiving them
This was my very first purchase on a lightsaber and my very first company to purchase it from. This was worth the wait. Such amazing quality and detail!
I placed my order for 2 sabers on 12/25/19. I know that they would be busy. They took my money immediately, shocker! But weeks went by and not change in my status. I emailed them and got an automated response that someone will respond shortly. About 2 weeks later and I tried again and got the same non-response. I called the company and left a message but they said that the best way to reach them is by email. Well not much good that will do when they say that they respond but don't.
I am hoping that if I ever actually do get my products that maybe they will be of better quality than the customer service that is provided by the company.
Update 2/19 - received email from the company on 2/13 apologizing that my order after 7 weeks had still not shipped. They promised that it would ship within 1 to 2 days and gave me a 20% discount on my next order. Well here we are 7 days later and still not shipped and no contact from yet another follow up email back to the individual that emailed me. Guess I am going to have to put my retainer to work and contact the BBB. They obviously don't care, they get your money and don't deliver any product. I was hoping that after being contacted by someone named Joshua, I might finally get the product I used to be excited about.
Bought my first saber through UltraSabers. Took a little longer than originally expected but with a new movie being out I know everyone is trying to buy sabers. The wait was totally worth it and I plan on buying a lot more sabers through these guys!
Ordered with the expectation of 3-4 weeks lead time per what was presented on website. I received my order after 6 weeks of placing my order without any form of communication from Ultra sabers to notify me of the increased wait time.
With the new Star Wars movie, i had to wait a little more than a month because they had too much orders but I received it two days ago and honestly, that lightsaber worth it! The shipment is very well protected, and the lightsaber has an incredible light once activated, you feel like you have a real one in your hands! Plus the hilt is very well made too, you see and feel that it is quality.
Been waiting over a month for my saber and the costumer service is none existing and the phone number is disconnected.
I orderd my lightsaber on 8 januari,
And after like 1 week i send an email to ultrasaber asking when ly lightsaber was going to be here, all i got was an automatic email saying it will be 3-4weeks,
On 26 januari i send another email to ultrasaber, ive got no answer from that email so i sended another one again no answer, then send like 6emails again nothing, ive called them already like 10 times an alwaic voicemail,
On the site its said my lightsaber is 'progressing'
Reallllyyy hope that i get my lightsaber, need it for cosplay, already had to cancel one beacause i dind't had my lightsaber.

Received a broken saber and have been ignored on my return request for almost two months now. Turned in request 4 hours after receiving item (well within their 3 day policy) go elsewhere guys. Russian roulette if you get a good/broken one.
