I didn't receive my Sabres in the prescribed time that the company, which was a disappointment. And, for me, the website was so convoluted that I missed the opportunity to have soundboards place in them. Sure, they gave a discount, but I can't use it for the missing boards. I will think more intently on my next purchase for sure!
I ordered my saber in the beginning of January, which is holiday season and where the new star wars movie had just been released. Obviously their orders were backed up and I understood that. However their customer service is not the greatest. In the beginning, I had written an email to see how long it was actually going to take, of which I got a response later in the day which was greatly acceptable. However when I had not received it in my three to four week estimated time, I had written again to see what had been going on. I had not received an email personally getting back to me, however about three days later, an autonomous email was sent out about having orders backed up. It would have been nice knowing my order was going to take five to six weeks instead of the four. Even today, a week after receiving the product, have not gotten a personal response about the delay.The automatic email tells me yes, but where was my personal response? As a customer I feel ignored and am annoyed about the inconvenience, I would've liked to know why it was taking so long beforehand prior my own assumption. This is what customer service is for correct? Anyway the saber did get here and I am mostly pleased, however the assembly which is used to keep the blade connected to the hilt is getting slightly weaker. I will say that I am pleased with the design and machining of the hilt. Will I order from Ultra again, well it depends if I will be waiting the same amount of time and will be ignored like this time, if so, probably not. However I will order if processing time is quicker than the previous.
Great product but it took me 4 weeks to get my saber. The only reason it shipped when it did is that i had the idea of messaging them on facebook asking them to tell the customer service team I had sent them several emails within the last 4 weeks. Because of this, they sent the package the next day but thats only after I had to go above and beyond what I should be expected to do to get a reply concerning my problems. Even after receiving it a week and a half ago, I have sent them emails with other product questions that have not been replied to. Hire some more people!
Horrible communication from order and so on. Took a few weeks just to get an order confirmation, finally received the item and after a couple of weeks it broke. These were meant to be durable, or so I thought. We've seen videos of grown men having battles and they held up. My son is 10 and not rough with his toys and this broke while playing with his brother and his plastic saber. I sent an email to customer service over two weeks ago asking about replacement parts and still no response. These are great products, just wish there was someone behind them willing to help provide a better experience.

I placed an order with this company on January 5th, and received my product in mid February. Upon receiving the package I found that the blade had been damaged in shipping, and the emitter did not produce any light. I also found that the saber stand I ordered was not included in the package. I immediately emailed their customer service department, and after nearly 2 weeks of waiting for a response, finally received a cop out email stating that they would ship my stand as soon as they were in stock. It should be noted that they did not inform me up front that they were out of stock. More importantly, they did not even address the damage to the saber. Do. Not. Place an order with this company. Pick someone that will actually respond to your emails and that will take the care to package things so they are not damaged in shipping.
The lightsaber my son received is his second mystery box lightsaber. They are both awesome especially for the price! The second one came with sound and they were both the standard 75 dollar lightsabers! Shipping did take a while, but still reasonable, just make sure you order a few weeks before you need your order. Email responses seam to take a while, but also reasonable. We did have a problem with the light cutting out while the sound still works. The light only cuts out once in a while though. I emailed ultrasabers about the problem and we will see what happins. Then i will review again. Still, the products do seam awesome. We also ordered some other items like grab bag blades and a few others and everything was great their.
The lightsaber feels great and the lights on it look amazing, but it had some scratches on it when I received it at the tip of the saber and I have no idea how considering it was packed great. I dont think its thatbog of a deal considering its gonna get scuffed up eventually, but others might not be as easy going as me considering the lightsabers aren't cheap.

I placed an order 1/15/2020... today is 2/18/2020 and my order still says processing, I have reached out via email 5x and phone 2x with no response. I bought this as a gift and i missed the day due to it never coming and i have yet to even get an answer to when or even IF it will ever come. So over it all just give me my $$$$ back and have a great day
This is my second order (technically third... i ordered a covertec belt clip) and now that i have the right expectations on time i have a lot more patience for my order. For reference, i ordered my new sabers on valentines day and im not expecting anything until at least april. And thats fine. Customer service will get back to you, eventually, and the build quality is great. A bit loud for my taste, but the obsidian board i got is able to be changed when i plug it into my computer. Software is pretty easy to use. Overall satisfied. Not sure if my coupon codes went through for the extra sabers i put in coupons for though. The price coupons went thru so im sure they did just wish there was something in the confirmation as well so i know what im getting for sure. Overall positive if you have patience.
Other than the time to get it to ship (understandable around the holidays) it got here fast and was in great condition
The processing took about a month and a half even with 2 day shipping which is perfectly fine because they were slammed with orders and I was very impatient, but I received it and am more than happy! Thank you!
Great sabers! Heavy duty and beautiful! A few issues with some minutia, but Ultrasabers, quickly remedied all of my issues, and made everything correct!
The options for creating a ultrasaber are endless and fun. It came a little late in the mail, but they wait was worth it
When I opened my saber there was a small spot where there seemed to be a wearing spot. Other than that great saber.
The quality (especially the sound) is really good, the material is heavy and doesn't look or feel cheap. The golden color of the hilt is more chopper than gold but besides from that i reeeeeally like it
I bought a cheaper stunt saber just to test the waters and see if these were worth it, and holy these things are amazing. It exceeded my expectations tenfold and i will definitely be buying a much higher quality saber in the future!
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
