I had placed my order on Feb 7 2020, and it arrived Mar 18 2020. I am so ecstatic that it finally is here. This is hands down the best lightsaber I have ever had! 100% worth the wait, and I will totally be ordering again.
My Ultra Saber is super neat and top notch quality. It's pretty solid and swapping out the blade and blade plug is really simple.

Hilt is absolutely perfect. However I will recommend you get the heavy grade blade because my mid grade one has broken off. Just the tip and a bit of glue helped that. Would be great to get another one eventually but overall fantastic
I knew these guys made quality but this is incredible, the pictures of the saber hilts look beautiful but nothing compares to holding this thing in your bare hands. I can already see myself buying another in the future!
Despite a backup of lightsaber orders, this part was able to be shipped very quickly. The part is in good condition, and has held up very well after heavy use.
I purchased a lightsaber along with some friends so we could start a high school club. We choose ultrasabers since we heard they're the best, and the quality really shows time and care went into them. The delivery did exceed the 4 week period, but that was due to the Corona virus outbreak along with the new Star Wars movie. When I contacted their support email, I was given a free discount on future purchases. I will definitely purchase from them again once I save up enough.
I order an Ultra Saber because on the YouTube videos show really good Saber with sound. Unfortunately it wasn't what I was expecting.

Received my saber very fast. Arrived on my front porch 6 days after I ordered it. Extremely happy with the quality. Will definitely buy from them again.
So far i have ordered 2 mystery box sabers, both of witch were processed and shipped in a timely fashion and i received both within 7 days of ordering. So far so good, first one i received the initiate v4 witch is a $65 hilt but also came with basic sound... i won that round about a month later i order another not such a mystery "mystery box". I received my second order this morning only to find that i got the same exact hilt as a stunt basic saber. I do realize that it is a gamble but 2 of the exact same thing only difference being one doesn't have sound seems slightly ridiculous given the amount of hilts they have to select from. I also experimented with the different blade types ( ultra edge and regular mid grades) ultra edge takes the cake 110% was not impressed by the regular mid grade when comparing the two side by side. Light is hard on the eyes. Ultra edge though looks great and fills the entire blade while the standard does not. Quality of the product seemed overall to be good and worth the money but in both hilts i notice rattling from where the bulb sits, only when blade is removed though. Just be careful when ordering multiple mystery boxes as it seems to be easy to get the same saber multiple times as i have found other reviews sharing the same disappointment
Too about 3 weeks to get here, extremely pleased with purchase. Like it so much friends and myself grouped together for bigger orders.
The Quality is top notch and the saber works great. The fabrication took longer than expected (Ordered Jan 15, received Mar 2nd) But communication was good and never felt ignored. Will definitely order again.
I ordered my first saber from this website a couple weeks ago on the 8th of February, at this point I'm getting nervous that i was scammed out of a lot of money and that it will not be shipped. If it's not updated this week, I'll be writing an email to them. From the reviews I've read I hope they get back to me quickly, and not wait a month to write me back.
I ordered a saber about 5 to 6 weeks ago and turns out that I need to do a review or something to confirm my order, so my rating is a 3/5 mostly by the lack of service but this is a popular website and have good sabers, but at least show that I need to confirm my order in the website instead of gmail.
I recently ordered a lightsaber from UltraSabers. Due to circumstances not entirely in their control, UltraSabers experienced a backlog in their production and distribution of orders. This meant, of course, that orders took much longer to fulfill (mine included). In spite of this, UltraSabers never stopped working to honor its commitment to its customers and get their orders completed and shipped out to them, even if it meant working around the clock, 7 days a week! That shows how important customer satisfaction is to them. It is just as important to them as the production of top quality lightsabers that they are known for. I thank Emory Harris and the entire UltraSabers Workshop for their hard work and continuing dedication to excellence. I want to give a special thank you to Erin, who responded to my email and made sure my order was completed and shipped out to me within her promised time frame. I really want to thank UltraSabers for my lightsaber. Even though it took a little longer to receive it than was expected, it is definitely worth the wait. It is beautifully designed and crafted, just a true work of art. I'm a long time Star Wars fan and truly appreciate and enjoy adding my saber, the Ahsoka Tano inspired Fulcrum model, to my SW collection. Like the Force to a Jedi, it will be with me always. So they're busy... but they clearly have forgotten how to run a business. I placed my order 6 weeks ago. They took my money immediately, however, they have only communicated with me once. They told me more than 1 week ago that they would ship my order within 1-2 business days, however, they still haven't shipped and have not answered any of my inquiries since. Stay true to your word, hire more people, advertise your lead time, and COMMUNICATE with your customers.
Placed an order on Dec 15th. To date there has been no communication from this company. They take money and do not deliver anything anything. No way to call and speak with them. No way to communicate by e-mail. I am having to put in a claim with my CC company and file a police report. Do yourself a favor and buy from somewhere else.
Still waiting for a email response, been almost a month and no reply.
I spent over $350 and opt for blade plug and it wasn't included in my order.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
