Recently received a saber. It was nice at 1st, bright, good sound. My son (who bought it with his allowance and birthday money) loved playing it for about 2 days.
Suddenly the LED started flashing - assuming the batteries needed a recharge, we recharged them.
The LED completely stopped working, except for an initial flash of light.
I went ahead and emailed customer service - they NEVER got back to me. WEEK1
I went and messaged UltraSabers through their website - got a response. I was asked to email the video to the same email address that I had already emailed. WEEK2
So - I did this again. And again no response. WEEK3.
I once again messaged via Facebook, after this I finally received a response with some troubleshooting steps. Response at the end of WEEK4
The troubleshooting steps said that I needed to charge the batteries. Batteries were fully charged - still had an issue.
I swapped out the batteries with fresh ones I purchased - still had an issue.
I email back - no response WEEK5
And they still have not gotten back to me. Should have bought the stands because this thing is only good to look at now as it does not function.
My advice - save your money and spend it on a company that cares about their customers.
Honestly - the saddest part here is a 10 year old that just wanted a sweet saber and now is out $300.
I spent hundreds of dollars on a handful of some pretty basic sabers nearly 4 months ago. The company will not answer their phone, and I was only able to get one reply to an email (which took 6 weeks). They said it would be several more weeks, and that if I was willing to downgrade to a cheaper model (without compensation!) it might be faster. Then they "went dark" again, not answering emails or phone calls. No idea if they will ever send anything, or if this is just a scam. Their FB page is full of excited "customers" bragging about getting their product in 2-3 weeks, and with a bunch of free sabers from a well-advertised raffle - but I have to wonder if these are genuine posters at this point.
Even if they eventually come thru, it was a horrible experience and I will never shop there again. Do yourself a favor and avoid them.
I ordered a saber at the beginning of the year, and it has been stuck in "processing" limbo for 4 months. I've lost hope for actually receiving it and have written it off as a loss. Every e-mail ignored, every call/message never returned. They took my $200+ and ran away with it.
I ordered a saber for my son 6 weeks ago
Was told it would take 3 to 4 weeks
Received an email after I asked about my order and was told it will ship out in 1 to 2 days
I waited 2 days and reached out to the company.
Now I'm told they don't have any in stock and if I cancel my order, they are going to charge me a 20%
Fee. Definitely not a reputable company
Excellent lightsabers that don't use internal chassis from Texas that has less than 6 months of shipping times on average during peak times based on purchasing experience despite an non-communicative and evasive customer service department that leaves customers feeling robbed until the package arrives.
The product I was given was very enjoyable and exciting for about 3 weeks before it broke, I tried to contact this company not only when my order was in the shipping process (which took about 3.5 months for it to arrive in the first place.) And after the saber had stopped working. I really wouldn't be bothered by the saber not working if the people running this company cared to help me with it and if they wouldn't have ignored my questions during the shipping process. I don't know much about other saber companies but I would highly not recommend this one, the customer service is just a sad joke.
I've never experienced such buyers remorse for the price of the product, the shoddy quality of it and the inexcusable lack of customer service.

The sabres worked and looked great but one has a damaged covertec wheel. As it was intended as to be a gift I had to find an alternative. Then I contacted Ultrasabers to try to fix the problem but had no response and still waiting. Over all I would not recommend buying. There products are good and I believe one of the best on the market but their customer service is lacking.
The saber I purchased on their website was exactly as pictured. It works and is easy to use. Their customer service area needs help, though. I never got a response on the emails I sent. Responses to customers are very important. I hope they understand that. I ordered my saber January 22 and received it March 27, in case customers are wondering what the turn around time is.
The lightsaber I got from the mystery box was plain and standard, one of the stunt hilts, but I didn't let that ruin the experience. The shipping was faster than anticipated, which is always a huge plus. I edited the hilt of my saber which was a fun experience, and I'm thrilled. Even if someone gets the basic hilt design, you can take it further yourself and make something unique.
Very fast shipping just like they say in the video. Excellent saber, great sound, easy to put together and great for dueling.
I am pleased with the Ultrasabers Arbiter as I am with all of their lightsabers, which I have several, and I will continue to order from Ultrasabers which is my go to lightsaber company, with great customer service and great products. There was a waiting period with this one, but only because of our current national and global crisis which is slowing everything down and is out of the control of Ultrasabers, but they are coming through for their customers. All I can say about this saber to sum it up, is "Perfect" in all areas. Love It!
I purchased a $75 Mystery box. Processed and delivered in just over 2 weeks to Scotland which is very reasonable considering the distance. I received the Sentinel V5, Blazing red with silver Av switch. It looks stunning when illuminated, especially with the window emitters. This is my 3rd mystery box so far and by far the best one. Couldn't recommend highly enough. 5*****
I ordered a mystery box and got a silver aeon v4 in about 4 days. Fast delivery and great quality product which seems to be a standard for the ultrasabers team.
I ordered my lightsaber on February 14th and the saber is still in processing. I look forward to getting my lightsaber, but it's taking a long time to get it.
This my first Ultrasaber or high end saber for that matter. I'm very impressed with the quality of the saber, the sound fonts, effects, and construction! Once customer service responded, they were very helpful. However I have to take one star off for slow shipping and most of all not being able to get my saber connected to my PC. I'm a Software Analyst with a CS degree and I can't figure it out. Others have, but I have had no such luck. I may need to install a different OS. I have scoured the forums and the internet, but nothing I try works. This is a big problem for me since functionality is so limited if you have trouble connecting the sound board. Overall, the product is still worth the price. I understand the shipping speed issue completely, but the product would be perfect in my eyes if the sound board was easier to connect. I'm overall satisfied with this awesome saber!
Bought some parts for a custom setup. All the parts Ive ordered came within the normal shipping time.
My $500 dollar diamond saber came with a charging port I had not requested, and the sound has refused to work. Ultrasabers has still not responded to me about the issues.
Got a mystery box saber and was not disappointed. The saber is made of great quality and fun to mess around with. Overall it was worth every penny.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
