Horribly disappointed by the customer service experience with UltraSabers. I ordered my saber as a gift on Feb. 3, it did not arrive until the first week of April, long after the gift occassion had passed. And about a week before I received it, the only communication I got in return to my calls and emails was an email telling me that they did not have the parts for the saber I requested, so I had to pick a different one- a cheaper model, but at no price adjustment. I could have lived with that, if there was any communication from UltraSabers telling me the progress of my order along the way, but it's hard to be sympathetic when your order finally arrives and they forget to include a piece that was ordered at the same time (wrench). I was so annoyed at customer service that I didnt bother to let them know the wrench was missing because it would take weeks to resolve. UltraSabers has a good product, but I think they deliberately let their customer service falter because they know they have a good product to prop them up. I won't be doing business with them again.
Very impressed, very satisfied. Then again, what else is new? Ultra Sabers always comes through!
It took about a month to ship, but it was early from the time of shipment to arrival. The product is great.

Ordered an additional blade for my saber, super easy process to find, order, and shipping was fast
There was a lead time of up to 6 weeks of fabrication due to the high demands for sabers and they completed my order in 5. The shipping was quick as requested and the product is very surprisingly durable. I've already ordered 3 other sabers from them and they either came in before the 6 week dead line or earlier (one came in a week after ordering). Customer service did take a bit of time to get in touch with, but they did respond in the timeframe they said they would.
Such a simple layout and so many helpful videos. Forum links to help you with the art, videos introducing the sabers and beautiful imagery. I've heard many great things about Ultra Sabre and cannot wait to receive my Scorpion. :)
I like my ultra saber but the shipping time was a bit frustrating after all it almost took two months to receive my order bit now that I have it I am more than satisfied.

The lightsaber selection was fairly easy and enjoyable. It's the email response or lack there of where there was an issue. There was no retention screw when I received my saber and I'm still trying to get one. I emailed you regarding this issue and I still haven't received a response. Please send me a screw to hold my blade in my hilt as soon as possible.

I did receive my saber, it was a mystery box(no sound) so it was exactly what I was excepting. My main issue was that it took over 6 weeks to get the item and that was only after I had to message on Facebook. Before that I sent 3 emails and attempted to call the service number. The number only went to a voicemail and the email had an auto reply that was outdated. I still will enjoy my saber and plan to use it to learn how to build and upgrade on my own.
This was my first purchase. I tried the $75 mystery option. I was not disappointed. I plan on more soon.

Made another purchase less than a month after my first and could not be happier with both the first and second orders. Both arrived quicker than expected. Looking forward to another purchase from this company again.
Overall it was pretty good but delivery wasn't near the expected date but it still came fairly fast considering it's hand made and the customizations I made.
It was shipped at the end of the allotted 4 week period. The shipment was missing a blade plug. I have reached out to ultrasabers multiple times regarding the missing blade plug but never received a response

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
