I ordered Lightsabers...as a gift...I thought The Dark War Glaive had sound...it didn't...so I ordered another with Diamond Sound...the gift turned out to be the most impressive one that I have ever given... delivery time was accounted for...lead time was acceptable...all things considered...I highly suggest IF A person wants a LIGHTSABER...THEY COME TO YOU
Customer service sucks, but the product was awsome.
Overall 4 stars. Great quality of the item i received. Took a little long to receive the item. Wasn't pleased as to the response. I had to use messenger to actually find out what was going on.
Took a while for the order to get shipped but new movies tend to spike sales. Hoping more business means more saber models.
I sent ultrasabers a question and never received an answer. I went ahead an sent in a second order and they sent the wrong items. I then sent another email about a wrong item and never received an answer or heard anything. Still stuck with the wrong item.
I was skeptical ordering my saber not knowing how shipping was going to work since I had just moved to Japan. Once production was completed the actual shipping time was very fast. I will definitely order another saber!
Amazing saber with amazing quality they survive a good duel the only thing is I didn't receive the pummel to make it double bladed

Personally a saber fan from Scotland and the delivery time was just over a week it was perfect, and while I ordered a mystery box I had no luck with sound maybe next time haha.
Don't put this comment on your website I don't want other people to see it and think I want them to buy your stuff. I like what I got but it took something like 3months to get it I actually almost forgot I ordered it.

Ordered once before. It takes a while to be prepped but the shipping was fast so it kinda balances though waiting 2 months was alright I'm just glad it came
