I had ordered the Dark Standard Issue v3 Staff, using the free initiate code, and then placed another order with a few plugs and a stand, and in about a month, all of the items were delivered in great condition.

There was a lot going on when I ordered March 4th (Covid), and I had to wait nearly nine weeks, but I am so happy with my order! Receiving these luxury items is nice, but the health and safety of the ultrasabers team is important, so be patient and your order will get there as soon as they can get it to you. And it will be awesome!
Excellent product when received. Even through a pandemic the service was on time.

Product was great but their were some sharp edges in the handle (metal) that should have been sanded down.
Awful customer service, and the product took over two months to get here. Product itself was alright, but the build quality is definitely low for what these are. Will be taking my business elsewhere if I ever buy lightsabers again.
It just took three months to deliver which was okay with COVID19 happening but I did email customer service and never heard back. That's all that was a bother.
First company to have Rey's saber. Had to buy.
The sentinal yellow blade color seemed off around the hilt, but I assume that is because of mixing LEDs to get that color combination.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
