My son LOVES the Ultra Saber he received! It is as good as everybody says!
The only downside was that it took 2 days shy of 2 months to receive it, with no word along the way as to when it would get here. I get that we are in crazy times, however, updates to the order or at least responses to one of our 3 emails would have really been appreciated. A simple "your order is delayed because___ but you will get it" would have gone a long ways. Radio silence in response made us think maybe we wouldn't get it and were about to do a chargeback when the Saber showed up.
Having said that, the Ultra Saber Team did a great job with the final product- you can tell there's a lot of creative geniuses who are passionate about what they do behind the Sabers!

Had to wait a while for the Saber to be sent off for delivery, but other than that I didn't have any issues. Saber looks and works great.

It's a very cool site to buy lightsabers. But the processing time is to long.
With the additional delay in turn around time (4 weeks + 2) it would have been nice to have been notified sooner regarding the additional delay. However the item came and surpassed expectations... The person (Nichole) whom emailed me regarding the stock issues on some of the components was wonderful and helped to get the order fulfilled and shipped quickly! Overall very happy with the saber, thank you!
I believe they forgot my order. It took almost 8 weeks to get to me. I was told it'd be 4. I have never waited so long on an order. Finally after calling them several times (which no one ever answered) and emailing back and forth, I received my order. I was offered a measly 5% off my next purchase. I would have ordered from Ultrasabers again if they had handled the situation better.
These pieces helped to make my saber portable so I could show it off to friends
There was one issues with my order which was a shortage of soundboards. I was contacted and given a few options to resolve my order.
Given the state of the world any delays in delivery is completely understandable. :)
It would be nice to be able to compare hilts side by side
I got an amazing deal on my Sabers. And I love them! So customizable and definitely worth the money! I was a little frustrated with how long things took to deliver. I understand awesome things take time, but if the windows passes for delivery and I contact you, I prefer actual time-frames and info to platitudes and multiple 48 hour kicks down the road. Also, my custom diamond saber came without a screw to mount to my hilt, so I'll need to get that. Everything else, especially the units themselves and their quality, was amazing.
Took longer to get than was suggested. No response froM customer service about product not working. Figures things out on my own. Wont buy anymore from this company
This being my second order from Ultra Sabers, I can say it is still a positive experience.
With a custom build in this order, it took the 4 weeks lead time advertised for the busy season. Waiting is never fun but it is well worth it.

I ordered a mystery box from Ultrasabers it came relatively fast. The packaging was good and ensured it wouldnt have been damaged. I was really satisfied with this thank you!
Delivery time was amazing for an international order. (4 weeks). But product had a few scratches and the blade plug does not fit inside the hilt due the LED being incorrectly set in the hilt (too far up).
