Improve you customer service. Your customer service via email or phone sucks. No response from calls or emails.

Love the saber I bought but the wait time for it was really long (ordered april 2nd delivered May 11th) and i did not receive a response about my order until after it arrived.

I've received my order in time and I really like the saber I've got!
But, at the delivery, the courier wanted me to pay for the shipping even though I had already paid for It with credit card while placing the order
I know it's been a crazy time so I understand the delay in responses. However, have been trying to get in contact with customer since I placed my order months ago and have yet to hear back. I had emailed an update my order that was never applied to my lightsaber, and as a result, is missing the flash on clash feature. Upon receiving my package, I sent an email explaining I will need to return my lightsaber so that the flash on clash feature will be installed, and have still received no responses to anything.
I placed 2 Ultrasabers orders in March and received them 5 weeks after I ordered them. Email responses were few and far between but rest assured YOU WILL GET YOUR SABERS and you will absolutely LOVE them. Mine were very much worth the wait. Just be patient and order ahead of time if you plan on gifting these to someone. I will absolutely be ordering from Ultrasabers again and a huge thank you to Timothy for his excellent customer service.
I placed my order on 18th March and did not hear anything back from ultrasabers for about a month, I had sent several emails and tried to contact them via Facebook messenger however instead of communicating with me like a human I sent them my order number and they told me that my order had been dispatched. There needs to be more communication between seller and buyer because I was completely in the dark about my order, it sat on 'processing' for over a month and I didn't receive any form of update disputes asking several times.
Had this been my own order and not a gift I would have cancelled, you make great lightsabers but terrible customer service.
Still waiting for a purple bladed saber other then that been a pleasure doing business

Ordered my second lightsaber from Ultrasabers on march 18th. According to the productpage the leadtime was about 3-4 weeks, and indeed after 4 weeks I received my shipping notice. So I was pleasantly surprised because I heard stories of people who were still waiting on orders placed in february. The saber itself is of an excellent quality, and I can definitely recommend ordering one from Ultrasabers! I can't wait to order another one!
The customer service could be improved greatly. Once my item shipped, it arrived in a timely manner. The product I ordered was a wonderful gift.
It took a lot longer to ship than I expected but overall a great experience.
While the shipping times are crazy long, the product makes up for it. The lightsaber is amazing!

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
