It was sort of rough, it took an extremely long time for my order to ship only to find out the hilt I originally wanted was out of stock, when I emailed asking questions I didn't get a response for several days, overall I still love my lightsaber and it is a quality product. Thank you
This was my second $75 mystery box even though it was basic looking I did get it rather fast actually faster then my first saber and their customer service was great they answered one day after reaching out to them

The customer service is so badly non-existent that this survey is silly.
I received everything several months after the "virus delayed" date. Even though others in my group ordered the EXACT same item months later and received them faster. I also didn't receive a saber stand that I ordered. Small item yes, but when you charge someone $15 for a cheap piece of plastic, it should be delivered. The response said it would be delivered separately at a later date. That was 3 months ago. I don't expect it to arrive and I'm confident ultrasabers has no intention of sending it. They would have to be organized for that. I'm also confident this review will not be posted because I don't see review like this and they must be common. I will cover it in my video review releasing this week and have almost 100k saber enthusiast who subscribe to my videos. It won't be pretty but it will be honest. I still have all the half-assed email replies.

Poor customer service. After 3 day of having the product. A screw fell out so I contacted ultra saber through email. No response.
Great product but service was poor
I've ordered from ultrasabers a few times and have never had any issues or bad experiences. This last time had a much longer wait than normal and contacting customer service was hard but this was all due to a high demand for the product at the time and the covid19 pandemic that caused a lot of delays as well. So while it would've been nice not to have to wait as long between placing and receiving my order I completely understand what caused the delay and know that the delays were not the fault of ultrasabers but were due to a bunch of extraordinary circumstances.
Good quality. Just got a grab bag saber and it was as basic as basic gets. No communication regarding order and shipping took forever.
I love my saber I got but it took about two months to be delivered. It was worth the wait though.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
