It took a little bit of time for them to get back to me when I was emailing them, but after they got back to me I was very satisfied and they were very helpful. I don't blame them for taking more time than it said on the website, it still came very fast considering what we are all dealing with. The product shipped fast and is so bright and amazing to use.
The product was overall great and well worth the wait! I'd definitely order from them again!

Shipping time was a little long, but wayyy better than dxsabers, who I've waited for about a month plus an extra three weeks for any info or even my lightsaber (still haven't received my lightsaber from them, ordered it on aug 4,2020), most definitely will be purchasing from ultra again.
The item I ordered ran out of stock despite saying it was available on the website. It took another 2 weeks before I finally emailed the team and we were back and forth emailing for another week and a half trying to find another option.
I am happy with the product, it is what I expected it to be. However the lead times they claim on the website of 3-4 weeks were inaccurate in my case. I waited from early June to mid September to actually get my order. I wouldn't be so upset about the 4+ month wait time, except the first month and a half's worth of calls and emails went unanswered. I was worried I had been scammed out of my money for a while. Overall I still might do business with them in the future, but I wouldn't expect to get your order soon. Place your order, and forget about it until it shows up.

Great saber, processing time could be better but I can only blame that on COVID. Overall very satisfied with my saber. Grabbing a few more since I really like the quality.

Overall the shopping experience is good. I originally ordered a different saber than the one I got. The one I ordered couldn't be made for several weeks later, so I ended up getting the Dark Catalyst instead. Gorgeous saber, well made. I have no problems with it.
