I got notice that it would take a little longer to ship because they were sold out of a hilt but it still came in quicker than expected. Along with that it was in great working condition and everything I ordered was there.

I ordered 2 things from ultrasabers, first was to see the quality of the sabers, which were very good and I liked what I paid for. So I placed my actual order which was 3 sabers that came with a free bonus one. For the bonus I ordered a heavy grade blade to switch it out to use without worry. All four sabers came in, however the blade did not. I have tried calling which said to email so I sent a few emails with pictures showing I haven't gotten the blade, I asked if I could get a refund or a blade sent to me and ultrasabers has not gotten back to me yet
They got back to me later in October and sent me the requested blade I ordered hassle free. I raised the review from 2 stars to 4 stars
Placed a $300 order. No update for 3 months and no communication. Went to cancel order and was charged 20% of my orders cost. When I asked why I am.be penalized for them taking longer than the time they say it will take to produce a product. No response.

I ordered my saber on April 7th and was told it was a 2-4 week lead time. After 6 weeks of waiting with no update I sent an email confirming my order and to check the status. In the world of Covid I expected some delay but with a $320 order and no communication I was worried. It took a week and a half to get a response and was told my order would ship shortly. Four weeks later I was still waiting and I tried calling the number provided with no answer, no response to email, and no response to a Facebook messenger message. At week 11 I was finally informed that the hilt I had chosen 'The Chosen One SE' was not available, but if I paid $22 more, I could get 'The Chosen One CE' and my order would be built immediately and shipped. I agreed and that promise was fulfilled and I received my order on week 12. The overall quality is good but I am so disappointed in the lack of communication and poor customer service. Why not just inform me early on that the hilt I wanted was out of stock so they could clear out my order or put that saber as OOS on the website so I knew upfront? I will think long and hard before ordering another saber from UltraSabers. The price paid warrants better service when there are many other companies now in the game for comparable sabers for a better price.

Well, I only purchased a grab bag lightsaber, received an initiate V3 hilt and after toying with the color disks, figured yellow and magenta were the most viable colors, couldn't get green or blue vibrant enough, they looked somewhat light, such as baby blue and mint green.
Being my first experience buying a lightsaber like this, and dealing with other buyers, I did expect a blade with the basic activation, deactivation, and humming sounds if not battle clash noises like the far cheaper $20 plastic ones one could get from target or walmart when the prequel movies released. However, I learned I can modify it with a soundboard, or atleast pay someone to do it as I have never used a solder gun. It's not bad for a first time buy, and I can get it upgraded, while not what I expected, it wasn't disappointing either.
The color disks are a nice touch for personalization, but some of the colors don't come out dark enough, even using all the blues or all the greens to try and bring out darker shades like Luke's emerald green blade.
2nd saber ive ordered absolutely love it.
I like my lightsaber a lot the LEDs are bright and the entire saber feels sturdy the only problem was the delivery time because it took about 1 and a half months for it to ship but I understand it was the fault of the virus. Overall good product and I'll buy from here again!
Took FOREVER to get here, too much anticipation for the product cause who doesn't want a lightsaber, but when it got here (over 3 months later) it was well worth the wait.
Received my order in about two weeks and in excellent quality.

I just wish I didn't have to wait so long for my original order. Don't get me wrong, the substitute saber is beautiful and my nephew was very pleased! But I know Ultrasabers can do better.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
