I chose to take the random saber and well im relly happy about what saber i find! Is relly epic! I love it so much!
Shipping and processing took a long time. Customer service took awhile to start a conversation, but everything worked out well. All you need is patience for a great product.
The blade arrived slightly damaged and I never got a response email when I reached out. The blade itself looks great but the emitter has gone loose after ten minutes of use.
So I didnt get a shipping notification I didn't think they would take so long to get here it was just too mysterious...not enough informational flow.
It took 7 weeks to get my Mystery Box with Sound saber, but I understand they were pretty backed up due to May the 4th and the release of a new Star Wars movie giving them a lot more business. I got a pretty sweet unique lightsaber based upon the Manticore hilt with other parts from the Sentinel and Flamberge. Blue blade. I'd have to say that I'm pretty satisfied with what I got!
My third time using the saber, I swung it and the blade shot out out of nowhere, took 10 minutes to find. Upon examining the blade I noticed extreme indentation, more than is normal on other lightsabers. I contacted the company and never got a response about it. The hilt is beautiful though, the texturing on it is interesting, but can get a little slippery with sweat. The light is extremely bright. The battery pack is not very well secured inside of the saber, which has caused some minor issues in the past.
Very clear and easy navigation through the entire process. Completely satisfied with build and quality of the saber! Great website!
Good product, shipling took a while, and customer service was not good
I absolutely love my lightsaber but there was zero communication from customer service about an estimated shipping time until I had gotten in contact with the owner only because I reached out to a former employee who helped me out. They need to communicate more clearly that customers will be waiting over a month or two for their lightsabers because the website is a lie! If they were more open I wouldn't have mind waiting long for my lightsaber but I don't like the fact that they were avoiding me for almost 3 months
Fast shipping, and extreamly helpful customer service.
Only complaint i have is the ungodly long wait to get my saber which is only due to the Corona Virus

My only issue was never receiving confirmation that my order was real. I placed the order and it was in processing for over a month before it shipped a month and a half after I order it. During that time I sent out an email requesting info and never got a response, I called a few times and left messages and never got a response. I know y'all are busy but punctuality would've solved all my concerns.
Anyway it was worth it either way just be prepared to wait a month or two. May the force be with you.
Ultrasabers makes great products--that's the most important thing. They're durable, they're functional, they're aesthetically pleasing and they're just plain cool. Beyond that, they also have great shipping. I prefer when companies charge me separately for shipping so that I can save money by buying stuff together (i.e., rather than having shipping built into product prices). But their lead times are also great; my purchases usually arrive earlier than their predicted arrival date. I far prefer an overprediction with an early arrival to an underprediction with a late arrival.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
