My most recent purchase which is the Dark Graflex is amazing
I received the ultrasaber, it worked fine, until all of a sudden now, it makes a loud noise the bladesfor out, it says "obsidion" and then it turns off, I am wondering if I could return it and get a store credit refund, (minus 20% I guess) I will purchase a new one if I can return this one.

This was my first time dealing with untrlasabers. I received my order very quickly, but upon arrival, I noticed one of the LEDs in my tri cree wasn't working, so I contacted them to have it fixed. It did take a few days to get a reply, but I emailed on a Friday and Monday was a holiday, so I suspect that was the reason. But once I did get a reply, they were super fast to respond and very polite. I was instructed how to ship it back for repairs and once I sent it out, it didn't take long to have repaired and shipped back to me. Even with that little hiccup, my first experience with them was great. I'm extremely happy with the saber and their customer service and would be more than happy to shop there again.

I got my sabers in quick time and had good customer service. I even won a free raffle lightsaber! They looked great but my most expensive saber was broken on arrival. My lightsaber with sound didn't have sound. This is my third purchase from them and this is the first time I had any problems with the items. I was very disappointed to have something that I spent 350 dollars on not work. Hopefully their customer service keeps being good and that they will fix it with no extra charge to me.
Overall pretty good but on my last order I did not receive the stands for the sabers I ordered
