I took a gamble on the mystery bag and lucked out this time with a saber with sound! Pretty happy with this purchase.
Bought a grab bag and was very excited to receive one with sound. Initially I reached out to customer service to learn my options. I received prompt feedback that, while not the proper fix was helpful for potentially future issues. Quality of the saber itself is excellent and it came very quick. If you are unsure about wanting to pick one up the grab bag is a great way to get an idea of the quality you can expect from their more expensive sabers. I'll definitely be picking up more in the future.

I ordered 4 low tier sabers without sound. All the sabers work fine and look good enough for the price. There is some uneven light scattering from the LED but it is only noticeable when using a blade plug. I ordered a saber stand and it did not come in my package. I contacted customer support and they shipped it out to me right away.
