This was my first time dealing with untrlasabers. I received my order very quickly, but upon arrival, I noticed one of the LEDs in my tri cree wasn't working, so I contacted them to have it fixed. It did take a few days to get a reply, but I emailed on a Friday and Monday was a holiday, so I suspect that was the reason. But once I did get a reply, they were super fast to respond and very polite. I was instructed how to ship it back for repairs and once I sent it out, it didn't take long to have repaired and shipped back to me. Even with that little hiccup, my first experience with them was great. I'm extremely happy with the saber and their customer service and would be more than happy to shop there again.
