As people have said, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Their English etiquette is crap. It's almost Impossible to comprehend what they're saying in their emails. Ordered two pair of boots, and one had the strap broken on the back. Refused to give a full refund for the one pair and also wanted me to pay for the shipping cost! BULL****! Spend your money elsewhere! Took eight weeks to even get the boots, and they don't stand behind their product. Complete scam...

Surely it is obvious that this site is chinese & fake,
A. Check out the grammar on the site, if you read it out loud you can hear the chinese accent
B. Ugg will not allow any site to use their name in a web address
C. If you cannot find an address for a company somewhere on a website then it is a scam
If you want real uggs cheap try Costco if you want copy uggs cheap try Costco own brand. Other than in the sales you won't find real Uggs cheap in many other places

The above addresses supply inferior fake uggs and will not reply to e-mails or complaints. I received 2 pairs of uggs and paid through paypal who have been less than helpful.
The boots I received were not the colour ordered and although the seller site states they will accept returns there is no return address. Paypal will not accept any responsibility although the product is not what was ordered so I will not deal with paypal again.
Fashion Store or ugg australia is as far as I can gather is based in Shanghai and I managed to track the parcel from start to finish. I am the sort of person who will not let things go without a fight and will contact customs and and other groups to blast this site off the web. Disgusted with paypal who will not give the address of their dodgey client. Am I wating my time?

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. I purchased a pair of boots a month ago from this site for my daughter, which have already fallen apart. Not only have we received fake boots, but this company has taken money from our Visa account, 2 payments show on the statement for £78 and £135.54. When I tried to get in touch with this site via chat of course, they denied taking any of these payments and insisted that I had only paid them £74.98. I am now in the process of dealing with the Visa card company, but there is no guarantee that i will get my money back. The transaction on my statement shows that the money was paid to SH linkcardpay Tech co., LSHENZHEN.

Can anybody tell me if you have ever bought off this site? I ordered these boots over 15 working days ago and the webiste says they takr a maximum of 7 to come and still I have not recieved them, also when I enter my email address in their site to track my order they are saying they don't recognise the email addres even though they have took the money out! HELP needed please as I am gettinh worried I have just been coned!

I ordered some Ugg boots from here on the 23 November. They have just arrived today. I read some very dodgy reviews and was a bit worried but they responded straight away to any queries I had and I tracked the parcel via Parcelforce. I am really pleased with the boots - they look original and have come with a Certificate and are in the Ugg-Australia box etc. If they are fakes, they are damn good fakes. I'm delighted. Ordered a pair of Nightfall boots for my wife on Dec 12th 09. Didn't receive confirmation email so went on to chat room and they gave me the Parcelforce tracking number, went straight to tracking and saw goods dispatched from China. Alarm bells started ringing and then when I found this site I really was worried. Kept tracking order and boots arrived Christmas eve, was frightened to open package incase they were crap. Well all I can say is that if they're fake they are bloody good, and the main thing is that they fit and my wife loves them. From my experience Ugg Mall have been very good, maybe I've just been lucky!

I seriously do not understand what everyone's problem is with this website. I've bought 5 pairs of different Uggs and it's been top service every time. I think the longest it taken to reach me (Essex, England) has been 8 days from China.

Don't get me wrong – I'm not ignorant enough to believe that these are real, but the quality of my boots is absolutely fabulous and I can't believe all these people are talking about the same site.

I too bought an authentic pair a few years back for £130 and I really can't see/feel any difference.

I would recommend this site 100% (and no, I wasn't hired by the site to say all these nice things)

I ordered a pair of boots thinking it was genuine. First had doubts about the company when you don't receive email confirmation of your order and secondly you cannot call or email them, only live chat (no record of communication this way). Found email address of company via paypal account so made connot and requested refund. Finally received full refund after instigating a claim via paypal and refusing acceptance of boots on arrival. Contact at Ugg-Mall.com even suggested offering part refund if I kept the boots (how dodgy is that)! Stay clear of this site.

Website looked really good, hooked me in. Even has a live chat room were you talk to the sales people. All shoes are fake, haven't received my order of 4 pairs of shoes. They use paypal but open a temporary account so you cannot trace your order when you log into your paypal account. Have spoke to credit card company and paypal and it's all a waiting game now, they won't say whether i will get my money back, paypal give them 10 days to respond! Credit card company waits 30 days before you can claim! So warning don't order any or you might aswel flush your money away!
