The only reason I fell for it is because it came to my work address, and I thought that was a legitimate site and discount through my work. I work for an airline, I can't imagine how they got that email, address.

Oh dear iv been done to got the boots no certificate no reply to my emails. Antone no what I can do?

I'm sooooo worried... i bought my daughter some ugg boots from uggmall.co and paid with my cash card. If they are a fake site will they have my bank details still and be able to withdraw money from my bank, and i just sent an email to say i dont want the boots so what do you think my chances are of getting cash back? Very worried mum :(

Hi I have had major problems with this I stupidly ordered 2 pairs on 2 seperate orders and while they did arrive, after about 3 weeks one pair fell apart! And when I tried to contact them I had stupid emails from 'chelsea lee' and when I checked back the 2 payments had gone to 2 seperate accounts even though they were off the same website! There should be some way of reporting these people and getting the authorities to do something about them. I am so cross with myself.

Hi Kim, it's common for one person or wholesale setup in China to own several hundred websites. Some will be identical to each other, some different, depending on when they were last updated. Sometimes, because of the vast amount of copy-and-pasting needed to generate so many sites, and out of largely English materials that some of the people involved probably can't read anyway, they forget which site they're creating or updating. So the same website sometimes has different names on different pages, and transactions and communications may use many different names. It doesn't matter to them, it's all the same scam anyway.

Don't make the mistake of believing that there is a company called "UGG Mall", there isn't. There is an anonymous illegal operation running many scams behind hundreds of fake fronts, and there are many of these operations. I would guess that the total number of sites of all kinds selling Chinese fakes of all kinds is in excess of 10,000 (yes, that's ten thousand, it's not a typo). At least 6,000 of these have been identified already, and more appear constantly as long as there is an endless supply of pounds and dollars. It really doesn't matter that much what website name is on your bill or your email, the site names are meaningless anyway.

Is ugg-mall.com the same website as cheapugg-shop.com i placed an order and am having some similiar problems as to what i am reading on these reviews. However the website that i wrote down to record my transaction is www.australia-ugg.com and when i write in to ask some questions i was then given the website cheapugg-shop.com... i am confused. Please help if u can. Thank u in advance.
