Every bad review written is true. I ended up filing a dispute with my bank, I wish I could copy and paste the emails I have had with this company. I wish I had driven down the road and thrown the money out rather than get it tied up with this fraudulent company. The best part is they blocked me from commenting on social media to prevent me from warning other buyers.

Do not purchase anything from this company. I have been trying to get a refund from them since January and it's not April and still not refund. I'm in the process of trying to file a complaint with the Australian Better Business Bureau.

This site is NOT a legitimate website. Ordered Uggs and received no shipping confirmation and they also charged a different amount on my CC than the invoice amount. Don't buy from here.

Ordered a pair of Nightfall boots for my wife on Dec 12th 09. Didn't receive confirmation email so went on to chat room and they gave me the Parcelforce tracking number, went straight to tracking and saw goods dispatched from China. Alarm bells started ringing and then when I found this site I really was worried. Kept tracking order and boots arrived Christmas eve, was frightened to open package incase they were crap. Well all I can say is that if they're fake they are bloody good, and the main thing is that they fit and my wife loves them. From my experience Ugg Mall have been very good, maybe I've just been lucky!

Bought a pair of gloves and received the wrong ones, site refused to refund or change. Did a research and found that they recently changed their url to to http://www.uggaustralia-mall.com, it is indeed a scam and unfortunately I found too late, lucky lost on 50AUD. All their products are counterfeit and they are likely from China.

Surely it is obvious that this site is chinese & fake,
A. Check out the grammar on the site, if you read it out loud you can hear the chinese accent
B. Ugg will not allow any site to use their name in a web address
C. If you cannot find an address for a company somewhere on a website then it is a scam
If you want real uggs cheap try Costco if you want copy uggs cheap try Costco own brand. Other than in the sales you won't find real Uggs cheap in many other places

Well i got a pair of ugg boots from this web site was very pleases still am! And for all they arseholes out there who the $#*! get real uggs at that price any you daft $#*! ofcourse there no genuine but GOOD Fakes!

Bought a pair of Bailey uggs from this site. Their service was exceptional, great tracking and get comunication. Arrived with two weeks with christmas in the middle which i think was very good. Boots are fantastic, if the are copies then they are the best ive ever seem. Made in China with all UGG labels on box, bag, care card the lot. Very happy Bunny.:-)

They give the impression on the website that you buy real Uggs, but they are FAKE!
I have send the boots back to China(?) and I am still waiting for my refund.
Think it will never come...

I recently ordered some fromt his site and read all these reviews and you all had me worried they wouldnt arrive. I have been able to access the site the whole way through and these boots managed to arrive from China within 2 weeks. Everyone who is complaining should have just gone straight to Ugg Australia - you get what you pay for. I think its pot luck with this site, sounds like they send them to some people but not to others, maybe this is how they make their money, luckily I got them safe.

I ordered off this website over 2 weeks ago and havent heard anything, i then found this website and found out its all fake. Does anyone know if they refund you at all coz i have contacted them on all three email addresses and not 1 has got back to me. I can not believe i have been so stupid!

Can anybody tell me if you have ever bought off this site? I ordered these boots over 15 working days ago and the webiste says they takr a maximum of 7 to come and still I have not recieved them, also when I enter my email address in their site to track my order they are saying they don't recognise the email addres even though they have took the money out! HELP needed please as I am gettinh worried I have just been coned!

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING HERE.
My order arrived in time but the quality was so bad, the left boots leg ripped when i wanted to wear them for the very first time. Unfortunately there seem to be like a million different time frames, completely confusing, first they told me they couldn't take them back because 2 month already had passed but were willing to give me a refund, only an hour or so later they changed their mind and in the end the only thing i've got is a ruined pair of sage fakes. Nice.

I seriously do not understand what everyone's problem is with this website. I've bought 5 pairs of different Uggs and it's been top service every time. I think the longest it taken to reach me (Essex, England) has been 8 days from China.

Don't get me wrong – I'm not ignorant enough to believe that these are real, but the quality of my boots is absolutely fabulous and I can't believe all these people are talking about the same site.

I too bought an authentic pair a few years back for £130 and I really can't see/feel any difference.

I would recommend this site 100% (and no, I wasn't hired by the site to say all these nice things)

It is a big con! I had to return a pair of boots and still, after over 30 e-mails I have not received any refund. Trying to communicate with someone who has a grasp of English would be helpful. They also will not give a name and address of someone in charge with whom to complain. Stay away from Ugg Mall for sure!

I ordered some Ugg boots from here on the 23 November. They have just arrived today. I read some very dodgy reviews and was a bit worried but they responded straight away to any queries I had and I tracked the parcel via Parcelforce. I am really pleased with the boots - they look original and have come with a Certificate and are in the Ugg-Australia box etc. If they are fakes, they are damn good fakes. I'm delighted. DONT GO NEAR THIS PILE OF?&*Y}. CHELSEA LEE and the rest of the fakes... I ordered two pairs, they sent them but the complete wrong sizes and colour. No chance of a refund or even exchanging the boots... Chelsea Lee et al just send idiotic emails backwards and forwards... a real nightmare site AVOID AT ALL COST!

Do not order form this site or any other site which has the word ugg in it, except uggaustralia.com as after reserching any site that uses the word ugg only sells fake uggs, i ordered from this site and 2 weeks later still no boots, thought it was safe because paid via paypal but have been told i may not get money back! If you want uggs only order from official stockests listed at uggaustralia.com because all the others are fake and poor quality

I'm going to make this brief, do not buy from this website or any other like this.
The boots are definitely fake. Customs have got my boots and going to be destroying them because they are counterfeit goods.
So please ladies if you want Ugg buy the real thing. Things you buy cheap are always cheap for a reason...)-:

I ordered some boots on the 11th Dec, still haven't received them, have emailed and had contact with Chelsea Lee who says always 'wait 2 more days' that was 10 days ago, spoke to someone else yesterday who now says my boots were stopping in customs and another pair were dispatched on the 19th Dec, why did Chelsea Lee not tell me this? I 'n not too worried about them even being fake, I would just like the boots to appear!

I have just read the comment on Site Jabber about Ugg-Mall.com., which states that all reviews and reviewers who claim to have had genuine goods from them are phony. I am not phony. I received boots from them which seemed to be genuine, and I am a genuine buyer. I think this person should be careful not to upset genuine reviewers!

DONT BUY FROM THIS SITE... My boyfriend ordered me a pair of UGG boots for Christmas. They were ordered well in advance and didn't arrive until New Years Eve. I wore them but was a bit suss when I noticed that the UGG sign on the back wasn't sewn on straight. Then I noticed that the seems were coming apart. I can safetly bet my house on this that this is a fake web site. The prices should give it away. If you want real ones from a shop expect to pay an honest amount.

I AM FURIOUS. These are fake, don't buy from here. I can't even get into contact with them because there is no send message option. If anyone knows how to call this company or email them please let me know, I can't find how to get in touch with them.
