Everything except the pearl earrings have been very pleasing to me so far. The stems on the pearl earrings came bent from heavy packages being put on top of them. If they had been put inside a box that might have prevented them from being damaged.

Answer: The Coach purse we received was a plastic knock-off, even though the one I purchased was advertised as being made out of leather. It seems some people receive authentic Coach purses; others, like me, don't, regardless of what Blake B, the TumbleDeal PR rep, says. Buy at your own risk. They have a disclaimer that you can't return handbags although they took mine back.
