I have been making several (many) purchases on tumble deal and have been very satisfied with the way my concerns have been handled.
I ordered a product on May 28th. Received a confirmation that my order had been received but, nothing else.
I logged onto my account the following 6 days only to find my order being processed. I sent an email message concerning my problem. The next day, I received a notification email that item had been shipped and a tracking number. I tried to track my purchase on the 4th and today. Both days when I clicked on track your package, the information received read, "Tracking Number cannot be found." So, I called customer service and Cesar immediately sent an email confirming delivery today and was a great help and very professional.

I was trying to place an order yesterday and had a very hard time trying to get the system to take my shipping address and billing address. I received a quick response this morning.
I originally had given them a wonderful review and praised them in many ways. I had told all of my friends to use the website. However after spending loads of money on the site I foundon't a really cute necklace and earing set and got it for somewhere around 30 dollars. The first time I wore it, it broke. So I called and they sent me a new one. Then I wore the new one 2 times and the 3rd time I put it on it broke. I called them and they told me they would not replace it because it had been more than 30 days. I think that is absurd. You can't guarantee your items for more than 30 days? I will never spend another dime on this site.
I received my "Coach" bag a few days ago. Despite their claims to the contrary, the bags they are selling on this site are NOT Coach. The bag I received was of reasonable quality, but NOT Coach. Their responses on this site give you a link to THEIR Facebook page telling you how to identify an authentic Coach bag. They cleverly include only the boxes you can check on their fakes. Reasonably quality, substantial leather, well-constructed. Check, check, check. No registration number, no dust bag. All genuine new Coach bags come with a dust bag, period. If these bags did come from Coach, what did they do with the dust bags? They cannot explain this. Real Coach bags do not come in cellophane wrappers. On their Facebook post, they explain the lack of registration numbers by stating that Coach stopped using registration numbers 10 years ago which is NOT TRUE. Smaller items (wallets etc) may not have registration numbers. Authentic full-size bags DO, and the fakes on TumbleDeal DO NOT. The tag inside my bag was not even legible. And there was, of course, no registration number. The biggest red flag is the volume of each style they sell. Hundreds of each style. In order to have that many of the same style, they would have to be an authorized retailer getting them directly from Coach and they are not. If they were real Coach bags from Coach, they would surely provide evidence of the same. They will not because they cannot. There is a reason why Coach bags are $300-$400 - quality. The bag I received labeled "Coach" was a reasonable quality bag but absolutely NOT Coach quality, and not worth the $160 paid. If it sounds too good to be true, it is. If you have a complaint with fake merchandise fraudulently sold to you on TumbleDeal and they will not accept your return, file a complaint with the Oklahoma State Attorney General's office. Bottom line, if you want a decent quality leather handbag, and don't have a problem with buying counterfeit merchandise, buy on TumbleDeal. Just be informed, and know what you're getting before you pay for it.

My experience was great. I needed to know if my merchandise was authentic, used and when it would be delivered to me because when I placed the order I didn't see when it was stated or if it was.
I have ordered a few things and been very happy with my purchases and price. Just had a problem with one item, but customer service is excellent and has made this unfortunate experience easy to recitify.

I needed assistance to make a purchase. Each time I would attempt to make the purchase, it would give me an error message. I knew there was no issue with the payment, but I was frustrated that there were computer problems. Everything worked out and I was finally able to make the purchase.
The Coach bag I ordered is a fake and after four months of use the straps peeled at the edges and are shredding. I contacted the company to resolve the situation and was told that because the bag was ordered in November (a Christmas present not even put into use until January) there was nothing that could be done. So the lesson here is to BE SKEPTICAL because if you trust that it's a Coach bag when you get it, but later find after normal use it is a FAKE, then shame on you for not questioning it's authenticity when it was brand new. Shame on Tumble Down for stocking items that hold up just long enough that they don't have to deal with customer satisfaction. What a disappointment. I also intend to contact Coach to register an official complaint.

Answer: The Coach purse we received was a plastic knock-off, even though the one I purchased was advertised as being made out of leather. It seems some people receive authentic Coach purses; others, like me, don't, regardless of what Blake B, the TumbleDeal PR rep, says. Buy at your own risk. They have a disclaimer that you can't return handbags although they took mine back.
