I bought some earrings and they didn't fit my ear. As a one time courtesy they were willing to take them back and give me a store credit which I did appreciate, normally you can not return earrings. My first experience was a good one.
Tried to correct shipped to address and it was a great customer service (Curtis) agent who helped me.
My experience was fantastic but the only thing I have Problems with is false advertisement. When you show a picture of the Item that you're purchasing then the Item should look exactly like the picture. If not then don't show me one thing and send me something else. Thanks
I ordered a Pre-Loved Coach bag and when I received it in the mail it was Very small so I emailed Customer Support and they told me to take pics and email them back and I did and they verified there was an error in the description so I will get a full refund. I am sad the bad was not large like anticipated but very glad that I can return with not problems due to description error. I have ordered before and will continue to order from TumbleDeal
We ordered a mkf bag and we received a bag from ds bags that you can get online for 10 dollars. Try ed calling them and sent an email about it and still haven't heard back.

We suggest reading the entire product description and noting the product image when making a purchase. I ordered 4-Piece Set: Hotel Comfort 1800 Series Organic Bamboo Bed Sheets - King - Burgundy but received Full size sheets instead.
Have ordered several things and I know the prices are way out of line; however, if you know the approximate price and watch what their bottom prices are you can get a good or fair deal. They write back if you send an e-mail but don't always answer your questions. I also found out they are connected or were "Q Bids" which was a complete fraud-never purchased anything there. If you're patient, have some needs and know approximately what the actual price is, you CAN get deals. But they're not as big a savings as they cite. Also you can sometimes get free shipping, which for heavy purchases is helpful. Would NEVER order perfumes, bags or clothes as you could get knock offs or inferior merchandise unless you know quality manufacturers. Good idea to check out and compare before bidding and if your tend to be an addictive personality, beware! All in all, so far the experience has been fairly positive with purchased items shipped quickly. Be sure you understand "how" it works!
I was very frustrated that every time I bought something I wanted to use code and instead it wouldn't work so I ended up paying a dollar 99 shipping on each item
Thought I was ordering a Michael Kors handbag, but that's not what I received. The inside was cheap and looked like something I could have found at Walmart or Target. When I wanted to return the purse, I was informed I couldn't. Won't trust this sight again. Purse is going to the consignment store.
