They are signed Thomas Kinkado, not canvas and the paperwork that makes them authentic they said come with it was a copy of an original certificate of authenticity and only half a copy was on the paper. I have complained and asked for a return shipping label as I WAS misled but the company won't send me one. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND FAKES.

I got the Clear Crystal Slake Black Silk Bracelet Made with Swarovski Elements. Let me tell you all. I had to go through customer service to receive my shipping number since i never received that information, then a day later got my number. I will say that customer service was very nice and helpful which helps a lot. But then when i got my package i opened it up and looked at it and said you got to be kidding me. I paid for this thinking it would be what the product says it was. It was a cheap fabric material that a little kid could make. I am so appalled. After that i wont use this website again cause now i think all the jewelry is knock off brands cause that for sure is not Swarovski!

I ordered a 4mm 14k gold stud cubic zirconia studs... said to myself wow great, real gold for the price. Lol. I examined the studs, said ok, a $ 200.00 pair of studs I can get with a great price thinking, wow. I have a great deal here. Lol. Of course the picture I looked at, with a solid post, ok worth it great deal. I received a cheesy 4 prong soft bendable not what is shown on the selling site. So funny, and I should have known that they false advertise to make a sale. So when I thought I was getting a deal, Lol. These money hungry lying sack of you know what lied and deceived their product. The one advertised looked like a solid gold with cubic zirconia on gold. What I got was a dollar store, cheesy flimsy, will get sucked in my ear within a week. So to think you have one over on a great deal, lol. They suckered you into a false advertising product. I feel like I knew better. Lol and to boot, my gold chain was delivered, but my bag was empty lol. No gold chain. Was probably cheesy too. Beware, of jewelry so cheesy. It is not what they are selling. The freaks.

I wasn't able to make a purchase because of the slowness filling in all delivery info and credit card info and I sent an email and within an hour a response suggesting that I fill out my profile for future purchases so this won't happen again was sent. I was very happy it wasn't a canned response.
